Adam Pearce has been an authority figure in WWE since 2020 and has officially served as the WWE Raw general manager for the past few years.
Despite his lengthy tenure in the role, the company could soon opt go in a different direction, introducing a new authority figure as on Monday nights, with Pearce transitioning into a different role.
There are several different options that could step in for Pearce and become the new general manager that would totally shift the dynamics on Raw at some point.
Here are seven potential new WWE Raw general managers.
7. Paige

In March, Saraya announced her departure from All Elite Wrestling after a three year run with the promotion.
Making it no secret that she is open to a WWE return, Saraya looks more than prepared to become Paige once again.
The former AEW Women’s World Champion has tried out different television roles during her time away from the ring in her first stint with WWE.
After a short run as SmackDown GM, Paige could return as the WWE Raw general manager that should further put a bigger spotlight on the women’s division in a major way.

In 2023, Nick Aldis arrived in WWE and became the Friday Night SmackDown general manager.
Displaying credibility and a commanding presence, Aldis has proven to be a quality authority figure for the company.
The former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion was still an active in-ring competitor back in 2023 and could one day step in the WWE ring again.
Aldis could take the place of Pearce in the WWE Raw general manager spot and be someone who can excel in the role for years to come.

Another authority figure who came into the role in 2023 is Ava.
The second generation star went from manager to in-ring competitor to WWE NXT general manager in a matter of months.
Since then, Ava has cemented herself as a power player who could take control when things completely break down on the NXT brand.
At just 24 years old, Ava could become the WWE Raw general manager to take over for Pearce and follow in her father The Rock’s footsteps up the power chain of TKO Group Holdings.

4. Pat McAfee

Pat McAfee has served as the color commentator on Monday Night Raw since the show premiered on Netflix earlier this year.
The former NFL punter has been on hiatus from his commentary role since June after feeling burnt out over the past few months.
Considering his exceptional talking ability, McAfee could be better utilized as an authority figure than a commentator thanks to his charismatic personality.
McAfee returning as the new WWE Raw general manager could make more sense than taking back his role that Corey Graves is currently shining in since his own comeback to Monday nights.

3. Liv Morgan

Back in June, Liv Morgan suffered a serious dislocated shoulder injury that has had her sidelined for the past three months.
After undergoing surgery for the injury, Morgan should be out of action for the rest of the year, which seems too long for someone who has been so important to WWE programming over the past year.
The company could come up with a new and unique way to bring her back into the fold in a significant manner.
Morgan returning to become WWE Raw general manager will put a further focus on The Judgment Day, while highlighting Liv’s underrated speaking ability.

2. Corey Graves

Ever since Pat McAfee took some time off from his commentary role in June, Corey Graves made his return to the position where he has been shining alongside Michael Cole.
Graves has proven to be the right person for the role and adds some much knowledge to everything going on during the show.
While Graves is standing out at the commentary desk, he could also shine as an authority figure thanks to his excellent talking ability.
In more of a heel GM position, Graves could play mind games with the babyfaces on the roster and will help a lot of different storylines on WWE Raw.

1. Paul Heyman

Paul Heyman has remained one of the most important figures on WWE TV over the past few years.
Despite not being an authority figure since 2004, the WWE Hall of Famer has been a manager, an advocate, a “Wise Man” and an “Oracle” that has been responsible for some of the biggest moves in the company.
Heyman could return to a more established role on WWE TV as a general manager for the first time in two decades.
With his current role as The Vision’s “Oracle,” Heyman becoming WWE Raw general manager will further help Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed get the opportunity they desire on Monday nights.
