Adam Pearce has become one of the longest running authority figures in WWE history, serving as the Raw General Manager for the past five years.
With his credibility and ability to maintain control, Pearce has established himself as a legitimate face of authority that is able to keep things in order on Monday Night Raw.
Whether it is to step foot in the ring or take on a different role, Pearce could move on from the GM position and open the door for someone else to fill the spot moving forward.
Here are seven potential new WWE Raw General Managers.
7. Nick Aldis

In 2023, Nick Aldis joined Adam Pearce in the position of General Manager for the Friday Night SmackDown brand.
With a more stoic demeanor, Aldis has brought something completely different to the table than that of his Raw counterpart.
Aldis has everything it takes to move on to a larger role on Monday Night Raw where he could be a more dependable authority figure for the brand.
The former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion replacing Pearce makes all the sense in the world considering his current role on SmackDown.

6. Ava

Another current authority figure who could become a replacement for Adam Pearce is Ava.
The daughter of The Rock took the opportunity to step up and become a General Manager at the start of her career back in 2023.
Ava has developed into a confident and no-nonsense authority figure who has become one of the most prominently featured characters on WWE NXT.
At just 24 years old, Ava might have a bright future as Raw General Manager where her youth would be something fresh to explore from a character standpoint with the role that fans have not seen before.

5. Pat McAfee

Pat McAfee is currently on hiatus from his role as a commentator over on Monday Night Raw.
The former NFL punter has served as an announcer since 2020, but he has continuously shown his ability to cut an effective promo and build up to matches.
Whenever McAfee is part of an angle or storyline, he has been impressive on the microphone and as a character.
After feeling burnt out about his announcing role, McAfee could become a consistent contributor to WWE TV as the Raw General Manager where he could easily excel in this position.

4. Paige

Looking outside of WWE right now, Saraya, formerly known as Paige, could be someone brought in to become the Raw General Manager.
Back in March, Saraya announced her departure from All Elite Wrestling after three years in the promotion.
Becoming Paige again, the former WWE Divas Champion could come back into the fold under a few different possibilities.
Coming back as a GM, Paige could bring more of a focus to the Raw women’s division and potentially lead to a major angle with one of the newer female stars.

3. Liv Morgan

In June, Liv Morgan suffered a separated shoulder that has since led to her being sidelined.
The former WWE Women’s World Champion has proven herself as one of the faces of the women’s division and an exceptional talker.
While Morgan is currently recovering from surgery, WWE could still have her come back to the company where she could still have a role on television.
Liv returning as the WWE Raw General Manager would be a fascinating story to watch unfold where she could favor The Judgment Day and help them reestablish as a dominant force on the brand.

2. Paul Heyman

One of the most prominent characters on Monday Night Raw right now is Paul Heyman.
The WWE Hall of Famer has been pulling the strings of things over on Raw alongside Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.
To give The Vision an extra advantage, Heyman could garner even more power and control for his faction by becoming the WWE Raw General Manager.
Becoming a GM for the first time in nearly 20 years, Heyman could be showcased as the power player that he has been as a manager, Wise Man and The Oracle moving forward.

1. Kevin Owens

Ahead of WWE WrestleMania 41, Kevin Owens was pulled from the show and his scheduled match against Randy Orton due to a serious neck injury that required surgery.
“The Prize Fighter” is someone who has been one of the best talkers in all of WWE for several years now.
Owens returning as an authority figure would be a different role for the former WWE Universal Champion that should be explored.
KO becoming WWE Raw General Manager could be extremely captivating and compelling to watch with him trying to control things between the stars on the roster.
