Adam Pearce has been at the helm of the WWE Raw General Manager position for the past five years.
However, there are a lot of combustible elements on Monday Night Raw for one person to control, so it could lead to the company giving Pearce an assistant to help him with the weekly chaos on the show.
Looking at the current WWE roster, there are quite a few intriguing options to place in this potential role alongside Pearce on Raw.
Here are eight potential WWE Raw assistants for Adam Pearce.
8. Ava

Since 2023, Ava has served as the WWE NXT General Manager, making her WWE’s youngest authority figure.
At just 24 years old, Ava has grown in the role and become a comparable GM to those on the WWE main roster.
With Ava being The Rock’s daughter, it would not be surprising to see WWE have big plans for her future.
Starting that with her transitioning from her NXT role to an assistant position alongside Pearce, WWE Raw could be used as a platform for Ava to get more eyes on what she brings to the table.

7. Liv Morgan

In June 2025, Liv Morgan suffered a dislocated shoulder injury in a match against Kairi Sane on an episode of Monday Night Raw.
The former WWE Women’s World Champion has been solidified as one of the top stars in the company over the past two years.
WWE could want to bring Morgan back to TV in a non-wrestling role until she is cleared to compete again.
Bringing Liv Morgan back as the WWE Raw GM assistant could help her reestablish herself in the company in a significant position that will have all eyes on her from her return onward.

6. Big E

The last time WWE fans saw Big E on television outside of his PLE pre and post-show responsibilities was when The New Day turned on him back in December 2024.
Since then, E has stayed away from Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown as he continues to try to recover from his serious neck injury from 2022.
Wanting to get the always entertaining Big E back on TV should be a high priority as he is someone who is beloved by the fans and can have some compelling stories with stars on the WWE roster.
Whether it be making life a living hell for his former friends in Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods or interacting with top stars like Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch, Big E could be a wonderful addition as the assistant to Pearce and get him on WWE TV consistently.

5. Grayson Waller

Ever since splitting from Austin Theory following his injury, Grayson Waller has aligned himself with The New Day on WWE Raw.
Despite Waller having a consistent role on Monday Night Raw, he has been unable to gain momentum with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods.
Looking to help his position in the company, Waller could see an opening to put himself alongside the Raw General Manager.
Pearce hiring Waller as his assistant could see him getting himself into bigger matches and having a prominent storyline on WWE TV moving forward.

4. Maxxine Dupri

As of late, fans have been seeing Maxxine Dupri step inside the squared circle a lot more and start picking up wins.
Dupri got the biggest victory of her career by defeating Becky Lynch in a non-title match on the October 6 edition of Monday Night Raw.
However, Dupri has mostly been a non-wrestler as a manager for much of her time on the WWE main roster.
Adam Pearce calling on Dupri to be his assistant could draw some comparisons to Stacy Keibler that have been evident since her WWE debut.

3. Lexis King

Ever since making his WWE NXT debut, Lexis King has been a smarmy character who always does what it takes to get ahead.
While he has garnered some success on the brand, fans could see King make his way to the WWE main roster sooner rather than later.
Seeing the character traits he possesses, it seems clear that King could work in some kind of authority figure role like being the assistant to the Raw General Manager.
Lexis King getting the assistant position next to Adam Pearce could be an excellent way to put the spotlight on the NXT star immediately when he gets called up to Monday Night Raw.

2. Chad Gable

Chad Gable is one of the best in-ring performers on the WWE main roster, but he has been out of action recovering from a rotator cuff injury since July 2025.
While fans could wait until he is cleared to compete to see him again, Gable has proven to be a very entertaining and charismatic performer on WWE TV that should be on the programming.
Gable filling the WWE Raw GM assistant role could continue his banter with Pearce and get him back on television where he could shine in a non-wrestling role as much as he does in the squared circle.
With the current El Grande Americano running around, it could lead to some fun backstage segments and interactions with Gable being the assistant to Raw GM Adam Pearce.

1. Ethan Page

Since winning the NXT North American Championship, Ethan Page has been trying to push the values of being a Canadian.
This has led to some discussions about ‘All Ego’ potentially making the jump to the WWE main roster.
The former AEW star has firmly cemented himself as one of the faces of WWE NXT and has showcased all the attributes of a future top star on the main roster.
Starting his main roster run as the WWE Raw assistant could see him interacting with Adam Pearce weekly and creating a rapport that would translate when he is established as one of the competitors on the roster.
