New title matches set up on October 12 WWE Raw: Three championship matches coming out this week’s show

The October 12 edition of WWE Raw followed an eventful Money In The Bank 2026 premium live event.

Over the course of the show, WWE teased several different title bouts that could be taking place in the coming weeks.

Whether it be former champions getting return matches or newer stars looking to get their first title, there could some significant championship contests that might shift things on Monday Night Raw.

Here are three new title matches set up on the October 12 episode of WWE Raw.

WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Raquel Rodriguez (c) vs. IYO SKY

IYO SKY has been somewhat lost in the shuffle since losing to Liv Morgan for the WWE Women’s World Championship at SummerSlam 2026.

Despite her loss at the event, SKY is still among the best in-ring performers in the company.

“The Genius of the Sky” found herself asking Raw GM Adam Pearce what her next challenge will be.

After a confrontation with Raquel Rodriguez, it seems like IYO will be next in line for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship in the near future.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Chad Gable (c) vs. Ethan Page

Over the past few weeks, Ethan Page has been on the hunt for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

Calling out the fact that Chad Gable has been only defending his title against luchadors, Page has positioned himself as an antagonist in the ongoing story around the Intercontinental Championship.

“All Ego” has been focused on the IC Title since arriving on WWE Raw following WrestleMania 42. On the October 12 edition of Raw, Page attacked Rey Fenix following his loss to Gable before the IC Champion making the save.

Gable colliding with Page has been something teased over the past few months and should happen sooner rather than later.

WWE Women’s Championship: Chelsea Green (c) vs. Roxanne Perez

On the October 12 WWE Raw, Chelsea Green made a surprise appearance to confront Liv Morgan.

Teasing their Crown Jewel 2026 showdown, Green was then set up for a non-title match against Roxanne Perez.

Thanks to a distraction from The Judgment Day, “The Prodigy” picked up a huge victory over the reigning WWE Women’s Champion.

After asking Raw GM Adam Pearce for an opportunity and being told to go ask SmackDown GM Nick Aldis, Perez should be in line for a shot at Chelsea Green’s WWE Women’s Championship ahead of Crown Jewel 2026.
