Over the past few weeks, WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce has been experiencing some issues with The Vision.

Trying to keep some order and control on the red brand, Pearce has seen his job being questioned and even suspended The Vision’s Bron Breakker after putting his hands on the second generation star.

With all these problems going on, fans could see WWE giving Pearce an assistant to help him maintain things on Monday Night Raw.

Here are six potential new assistants for Adam Pearce as WWE Raw General Manager.

6. Ava

WWE NXT GM Ava

While Adam Pearce has held a position as an authority figure in WWE for the past few years, Ava came into that same role over on NXT in 2023.

The second generation star has brought a level of poise and presence beyond her years since taking on the NXT GM role.

Ava could one day become a General Manager on the WWE main roster, but the company might make her an assistant first before she eventually takes that spot.

Considering how well she has done as NXT GM, it would make a lot of sense if Ava took on the assistant position alongside Adam Pearce on Raw to prepare herself for becoming the main General Manager on the flagship show.

5. Arianna Grace

Someone who is used to playing a complimentary role to the General Manager is Arianna Grace.

Whether it be working alongside Ava on NXT or her father Santino Marella in TNA Wrestling, Grace has shown the presence and mic skills to play this role successfully.

While she is currently working as a second to her fiancee Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, it might be more beneficial if Grace gets a more prominent spot on WWE TV.

Grace getting called up to the main roster could see her being positioned as an assistant to Adam Pearce as the WWE Raw General Manager.

4. Maxxine Dupri

On the January 5 edition of Monday Night Raw, Becky Lynch defeated Maxxine Dupri to win the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

After losing the gold, Dupri stayed determined to regain her title, but she came up short in the rematch against Lynch thanks to Natalya betraying her on the January 19 episode of Raw.

Now that she is out of the title picture, WWE could try Dupri out in some other roles on television as she further develops in the ring.

Wanting to put her in a top position and knowing her positive relationship with the authority figure, Maxxine Dupri could become the assistant to Raw General Manager Adam Pearce where she can continue to get a large amount of TV time.

3. Chelsea Green

Another WWE star who is used to interacting with authority figures on whatever brand she appears on is Chelsea Green.

The former two-time WWE Women’s United States Champion is someone who is known for her entertaining character and microphone skills.

Green becoming an assistant to Adam Pearce could offer some interesting scenarios with different talent on the Monday Night Raw roster.

If WWE wanted to punish Pearce, the best way to do so might be to give him Chelsea Green as his new assistant and force him to have to deal with her every single week on Raw.

2. Nikki Bella

Nikki Bella on WWE Raw

Ever since making her return at WWE Royal Rumble 2025, Nikki Bella has been trying to reestablish herself as a key player in the women’s division.

Whether it be her feuds with Becky Lynch or Stephanie Vaquer, it has felt like Bella is on the cusp of cementing her spot in WWE once again.

However, Bella might be better utilized if she were to become an authority figure of some kind on WWE programming.

Bella becoming the assistant to Adam Pearce could bring some intriguing storylines and change the overall dynamic on WWE Raw moving forward.

1. Paul Heyman

The Vision's Paul Heyman on WWE Raw

Probably the most obvious option to assist Adam Pearce on WWE Raw could be Paul Heyman.

Known as one of the greatest managers of all time, Heyman has also spent plenty of time working as an authority figure for both SmackDown and ECW in the past.

With all of his experiences, the WWE Hall of Famer could become someone who keeps Pearce in check, while also trying to help his guys in The Vision get ahead on Monday Night Raw.

Considering how the story has unfold over the past few weeks, Heyman being placed as an assistant to Pearce would be logical and further progress this ongoing story that has played a crucial role on WWE Raw as of late.
