Former AEW Stars To Re-Sign With The Company

To start 2026, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) re-signed Andrade El Idolo, making his return to the company after an over-two-year absence.

Since then, El Idolo has reestablished himself as one of the top stars on the roster today.

Following in Andrade’s footsteps, there could be other former AEW stars who make their return to the promotion in the coming weeks and months.

Here are six former AEW stars to potentially re-sign with the company.

6. Alan Angels

In 2022, Alan Angels made his exit from All Elite Wrestling after more than two-years with the company.

As a member of Dark Order, Angels had a few memorable moments in the promotion, most notably his match against Kenny Omega.

Since leaving AEW, Angels has emerged as one of the most consistent and reliable in-ring performers on the independent scene.

Angels returning to AEW might see him come back as a renewed and refreshed star looking to prove himself in a way that he was not able to achieve in his first stint with the company.

5. KJ Orso

KJ Orso was known as the masked star named Fuego Del Sol during his first run with All Elite Wrestling.

Mostly utilized as an enhancement talent after signing his contract in 2021, Fuego wasn’t quite used in the way he had hoped.

After his exit in 2023, Fuego has reinvented himself as KJ Orso and become one of the most entertaining heels on the indies today.

In promotions like Game Changer Wrestling, Orso has more than proven that he has so much more to offer as an in-ring competitor, character and talker that could make him a wonderful addition to the current landscape in AEW right now.

4. Abadon

In 2020, Abadon made their debut in All Elite Wrestling and immediately caught the eyes of the fans.

With their ‘Living Dead Girl’ character and look, Abadon was someone who could capture the imagination of the audience, but did not get as much attention as some fans wished they would have.

After a five year run with AEW, Abadon announced their departure from the company with their contract not being renewed.

Considering their recent return to Ring of Honor in 2026, it would make sense for Abadon to make a comeback and re-sign with the company where they could fill a void following some key absences.

3. Bea Priestley

When All Elite Wrestling first started, it looked like Bea Priestley would be positioned as one of the more prominent female stars in the company.

However, Priestley only had a one year stint with the promotion before leaving and making her way to WWE.

After a four-year run with the company, Priestley was released from WWE in February 2025. Leaving her Blair Davenport persona behind, Priestley has since returned to STARDOM in Japan.

Following her return to STARDOM, it would be logical to see Priestley make her return to AEW as well considering its partnership with the Joshi promotion, potentially re-signing with AEW down the line.

2. The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows)

During its partnership with TNA Wrestling in 2020 and 2021, AEW welcomed a few stars from the promotion, which included The Good Brothers.

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows reunited with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks to form The Super Elite.

While this run was short-lived, it would be interesting to see The Good Brothers make their return to All Elite Wrestling during this current landscape of the company.

Gallows and Anderson could add a great deal to the AEW tag team division and make for a formidable duo to face off with the likes of The Bucks, FTR or Adam Copeland and Christian Cage.

1. Saraya

In March 2025, Saraya announced her departure from All Elite Wrestling after a three-year stint with the company.

While she left without much fanfare, Saraya mentioned that she departed the promotion on good terms with Tony Khan.

Considering she has not made her return to WWE or any wrestling company for that matter, it leaves the door open for a comeback to AEW down the line.

With her star power and presence, Saraya could come back into the fold and potentially be a compelling rival for her former protege Harley Cameron and get into the mix for the AEW Women’s World Championship picture.
