With WWE Clash in Paris 2025 coming up on Saturday August 30, there may be more matches left to be added.

From adding a substitute women’s title bout after the WWE Women’s World Championship match was cancelled to intriguing storyline driven matches – there are several final additions that could be made to the card.

Here are six potential final matches that could still be added to the WWE Clash in Paris 2025 card.

6. Cody Rhodes vs. Drew McIntyre – WWE Championship

After a vicious attack on the WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre continues to lurk – waiting for an opportunity to strike The American Nightmare.

This bout is seemingly in the near future, but not set for Clash in Paris 2025.

Speculation has already been swirling that the upcoming WWE ESPN debut Wrestlepalooza will be set to host two major main events.

With reports indicating that John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar is set for the event, Cody Rhodes vs. Drew McIntyre is also likely for the September 20 event.

5. Women’s Fatal Four-Way – WWE Women’s World Championship

With the announcement from Adam Pearce that Stephanie Vaquer would still get a WWE Women’s World title match – but that it would not be at Clash in Paris 2025 – there was one big detail left out.

Pearce did not reveal who Vaquer would be facing, rather noted that it would be confirmed on the September 1 edition of WWE Raw.

Leaving the potential for a match to be added at Clash at Paris to determine who will face Vaquer to fight for the vacated title, there are a lot of possibilities of who could be in the match.

With the likes of IYO SKY, Rhea Ripley and Natalya all worthy competitors, there is still some mystery around Bayley debuting a new character. Bringing all four together in a match could be some magic made in Paris.

4. Sami Zayn & Jimmy Uso vs. Solo Sikoa & JC Mateo

Potentially still being able to be added to the card on the SmackDown before Clash in Paris, there is a tag team match that could drive several storylines forward.

Ahead of what seems to be a burgeoning feud between Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa, there has already been an alliance forming between Zayn and Jimmy Uso.

Serving as a catalyst for Jacob Fatu to link up with Zayn & Uso in their efforts against Solo and the MFTs, the match could be enjoyable and brief.

With the next chapter of the Bloodline storyline evolving on SmackDown, it would be intriguing to see something play out in Paris.

3. Tiffany Stratton vs. Bianca Belair – WWE Women’s Championship

With one women’s match on the card for Clash in Paris (Becky Lynch vs. Nikki Bella), there is seemingly a vacancy for another women’s title to be on the line at the event.

One possibility could be for a returning Bianca Belair to get a match against Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship.

While it could take a little bit of storyline finagling to make it make sense – it could come together on the SmackDown before the PLE if need be.

Of note, there has yet to be any official word of a return to action from Bianca Belair who has been out of competition due to injury since WrestleMania.

2. Dominik Mysterio vs. AJ Styles

In a backstage segment on WWE Raw (August 25), Dominik Mysterio demanded action from GM Adam Pearce after he was again attacked by AJ Styles.

Styles entered through the crowd to attack Dirty Dom – notably preventing him Mysterio from interfering in JD McDonagh’s match against Dragon Lee.

Pearce gave Mysterio an answer, albeit perhaps not the one he was looking for when he made a match between the pair for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

While this match could be moved to Clash in Paris – it is already set to occur the next night on WWE Raw on Netflix from the City of Lights, so it is likely to stay there barring unforeseen circumstances.

1. The New Day & Grayson Waller vs. Wyatt Sicks

Throwing a potential brand warfare match on the card, there could be a WWE Tag Team Championship match featuring the Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis & Joe Gacy).

While Grayson Waller continues to support The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) in their efforts in seeking retribution on Penta for having destroyed Woods’ mourning hat – perhaps he could find a new target of ire.

With the match possibly being able to be explained away by Waller having negotiated The New Day into a WWE Tag Team title bout, it would be mostly a vehicle to see the Wyatt Sicks frighten Grayson Waller.

The Wyatt Sicks continue to hold the WWE Tag Team Championship and should likely kick up some sort of meaningful feud as spooky season draws near – it could be a lot of fun to see them tangle with Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and their new sidekick, Big G.
