Taking place a week from this Sunday on May 31, WWE Clash In Italy will make history as the first PLE to take place in the country.
Already announced, Roman Reigns will face Jacob Fatu in a Tribal Combat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship, while Cody Rhodes will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against GUNTHER.
Over the next week, WWE will add even more matches to fill out the lineup for their next huge premium live event.
Here are seven matches to be potentially added to WWE Clash In Italy 2026.
Oba Femi vs. Brock Lesnar
At WWE WrestleMania 42 Night Two, Oba Femi defeated Brock Lesnar in what was the biggest win of his career.
After this loss, Lesnar shocked the world by removing his gloves and boots, leaving them in the ring to signal his retirement from the pro wrestling business.
However, Lesnar once again surprised everyone by making his return to WWE on the May 18 edition of Monday Night Raw with a sneak attack on Femi.
Following Paul Heyman handing a contract to Raw GM Adam Pearce, it looks like fans will see Femi vs. Lesnar 2 at WWE Clash In Italy 2026.
WWE Women’s Championship: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Jade Cargill
At the WrestleMania 42 Night Two premium live event, Rhea Ripley defeated Jade Cargill to win the WWE Women’s Championship.
After several weeks off from WWE TV, Cargill made her return to cost Ripley a six-woman tag team match on the May 8 episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
With Cargill set to team with Michin and B-Fab to face Ripley, Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair in a six-woman tag at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, this could set up a rematch at Clash In Italy 2026.
In rent of what should be a hot crowd in Turin, Italy, Cargill will be looking to avenge her loss and regain the gold from Ripley on May 31.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships: Paige & Brie Bella (c) vs. Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley & Lainey Reid)
Ever since arriving on Friday Night SmackDown, Fatal Influence have run roughshod over the entire SmackDown women’s division.
Making it clear they want all the gold, Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid have attacked Rhea Ripley, Paige and Brie Bella in recent weeks.
While Paige and Brie will defend the gold against The Irresistible Forces at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, it feels like the two legends will retain and could meet the young upstarts next.
Paige and Brie defending the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships against Henley and Reid could make for a clash of generations at Clash In Italy 2026.
Solo Sikoa vs. Royce Keys
Over the past few weeks, fans have seen Solo Sikoa trying his best to convince Royce Keys to join The MFTs.
Based on Keys’ history with his family, Sikoa has been wanting to add the big man to the litany of talent in this stable.
However, Sikoa tried to interfere and help Keys beat GUNTHER to become number one contender, which only led to him being distracted and losing.
After costing him this title opportunity, Keys could be looking for revenge and face Sikoa in a singles match on the WWE Clash In Italy 2026 card.
WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Sol Ruca
Since arriving on Monday Night Raw, Sol Ruca has been garnering attention and has impressed the fans in a major way.
This led to Ruca being confronted by WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch, who attempted to steal her spotlight, but got a Sol Snatcher for her troubles.
Now, Ruca will face Lynch in a non-title match on the May 23 edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.
If she is able to pick up the victory in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Ruca could then move on to challenge Lynch for the WWE Women’s IC Title at Clash In Italy 2026 the following week.
WWE Intercontinental Championship: Penta (c) vs. Ethan Page vs. Rusev vs. Je’Von Evans
Another big match coming up at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event will see Penta defending the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Ethan Page.
After Page pinned Penta in tag team action, it feels like he has a good chance at taking the gold in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
However, Penta retaining could lead to a huge four-way contest with Page and two other contenders who have emerged as of late on WWE Raw.
Penta defending the IC Title against “All Ego,” Rusev and Je’Von Evans at WWE Clash In Italy 2026 has what it takes to be a showstealing bout for this historic event.
Seth Rollins vs. Bron Breakker – Steel Cage Match
At WWE Backlash 2026, Bron Breakker defeated Seth Rollins in what may have been the biggest win of his career.
After scoring the victory over his former Vision stablemate, Breakker has still found himself having to deal with Rollins week after week on Monday Night Raw.
Rollins is still looking to prove that Breakker isn’t ready since he needed The Vision to score the win over him, while Bron wants to end this feud with “The Visionary” once and for all.
This could lead to a Steel Cage Match between Rollins and Breakker to culminate their rivalry at WWE Clash In Italy 2026.
