Making her AEW debut, Lane, formerly known as Kayden Carter in WWE, made a good impression for herself and led to her signing a contract with the promotion.

The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion is someone who can contribute a lot to Tony Khan’s promotion whether it be on AEW TV or Ring of Honor Wrestling.

With her distinct look and ability inside the squared circle, Lane has a lot to offer to All Elite Wrestling and will be an excellent addition to the company, potentially making her official debut as a contracted talent at AEW Worlds End.

Recently, Alexander made the transition to Japan where he has had significant runs with Pro Wrestling NOAH and ZERO1.

With his technical ability and versatility, Alexander is someone who could be a brand new, up-and-coming star for AEW following a spotlighted debut at Worlds End.

In 2024, Donovan Dijak announced that he was officially leaving WWE following the expiration of his contract, while Baron Corbin was released from the company after a 12-year stint.

While Dijak has traveled around the world returning to his roots on the indies, Corbin has reinvented himself to Bishop Dyer and started making a name for himself across several different promotions.

With both men looking to start anew, Dijak and Dyer made their way to Major League Wrestling and have formed a partnership called The Skyscrapers, who have captured the MLW World Tag Team Championship.

The Skyscrapers would immediately become the biggest and baddest tag team this side of Hurt Syndicate if they made the jump to All Elite Wrestling after a debut at AEW Worlds End.

2. Dakota Kai

Former WWE star Dakota Kai

Back in May 2025, Dakota Kai was by far the most surprising WWE release out of the latest slate of talent cuts.

The former Damage CTRL member was viewed as one of the most underrated in-ring performers in the WWE during her run with the company.

Following a near-10 year run with WWE, Kai could be an essential pickup for any company, but especially for All Elite Wrestling.

Considering the recent addition of the AEW Women’s Tag Team Titles, it should be a high priority for the company to add more female talent to their roster with Dakota Kai feeling like one of the biggest names they could bring in at AEW Worlds End 2025.

1. Shayna Baszler

WWE star Shayna Baszler

Another surprising name part of the most recent slate of WWE releases had to be Shayna Baszler.

“The Queen of Spades” has contributed to WWE in a great way since signing back in 2017. Becoming the face of the NXT women’s division, Baszler established herself within the company as a feared competitor inside the squared circle.

Now that she is no longer with WWE, Baszler has the chance to sign with All Elite Wrestling where she has plenty of connections that she can take advantage of.

Considering her friendship with Marina Shafir, fans could see Shayna Baszler sign with the company and make her debut at AEW Worlds End 2025 where she can join The Death Riders.
