AEW All In 2025 is coming up this Saturday, July 12 in Arlington, Texas but there could still be last-minute changes on the way.
From adding stipulations for storyline cohesion or surprise returns, there are definitely set to be some big moments at today’s major event.
Here are five potential last-minute changes to AEW All In Texas 2025.
5. Stipulation Added To Swerve Strickland & Will Ospreay vs. Young Bucks

The only match currently on the card with a stipulation is the presumed main event Texas Death Match between Jon Moxley and Hangman Adam Page.
Since the tension is at an all-time high between these two teams – The Young Bucks and the duo of Swerve Strickland and Will Ospreay – it would be good to just make it clear from the jump that the match was going to get wild.
Accordingly, by adding a No Disqualifications or even Falls Count Anywhere stipulation to the match, there would be no confusion regarding any possible interference or shenanigans.
With the Young Bucks putting their Executive Vice President titles on the line during the match, one would think that there was going to be some hijinks in store from the Bucks.

4. Eddie Kingston Returns

While there haven’t been any specific Eddie Kingston sightings yet in Texas, it could be that The Mad King is waiting for the perfect time to pop up.
Being an incredible surprise at any point on the card, it would be amazing to see Eddie Kingston back – potentially even to seek a little revenge against NJPW star Gabe Kidd.
While PAC remains out of action with injury, it was confirmed that the third member of the Death Riders squad with Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta would be Kidd to take on AEW Trios Champs The Opps (Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata and Powerhouse Hobbs).
A known hater of Claudio, Kingston also suffered his career halting injury during a match against Kidd – a storyline rationale for wanting to dash their hopes at winning the AEW World Trios Championship.

3. FTR vs. Outrunners Added To Zero Hour

After having a big eight-man tag team match on the go-home edition of Collision, it makes sense to see a follow up at AEW All In Texas 2025.
On Collision, JetSpeed teamed up with The Outrunners to take on FTR and Christian Cage & Nick Wayne.
After the bout, Stokely would issue a challenge to the Outrunners on behalf of FTR and vowed to settle their score once and for all on the All In Zero Hour.
Since Cope was written off of AEW TV back in April after a vicious attack at the hands of FTR, the match could be the perfect opportunity to mark his return.

2. Queen Aminata vs. Thekla Added To Zero Hour

When AEW Collision went off the air while there was a big brawl between the women’s roster ahead of AEW All In Texas 2025, but there was a standout rivalry noted before the melee.
With an eight-woman tag match featuring the team of Megan Bayne, Athena, Thekla & Julia Hart teaming up against Willow Nightingale, Thunder Rosa, Queen Aminata and Mina Shirakawa – Kris Statlander offered her thoughts on commentary.
Making sure to note that the rivalry between Queen Aminata and Thekla has already become deeply personal – maybe this pair is set for a Texas-sized showdown.
While in the end the team of babyfaces would come out on top on Collision – after the match all hell would break loose with run-ins from Anna Jay, Tay Melo and Billie Starkz teasing the possibility of all out war in the Casino Gauntlet match.

1. Kenny Omega vs. Kazuchika Okada Opens The Show

With multiple options for which match could ‘main event’ the show, the general consensus is the World Championship match between Hangman Adam Page and Jon Moxley.
Leaving then Timeless Toni Storm facing Mercedes Mone for the AEW Women’s World Championship as a potential to go first, it could be better for Kenny Omega vs. Kazuchika Okada to open the main card.
Since the show stars fairly early at 3pm ET, putting the only women’s singles match on the card at the beginning could run the risk of it not really getting the respect the build deserves.
It seems that an ideal way to open the massive show is with a massive bout – Kenny Omega taking on Kazuchika Okada in a AEW Unified Championship match.
