8 WWE Stars Missing Clash In Paris 2025

With the next premium live event WWE Clash in Paris 2025 fast approaching, there are still some big names not on the card.

While the current card for the show seems relatively set but with the omission of both big stars and champions, there are some interesting names set to miss the event.

Here are 8 WWE stars missing Clash in Paris 2025.

8. Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes recaptured his WWE Championship at SummerSlam in his match against John Cena, but his celebration was short lived.

Going on to be attacked by Drew McIntyre on SmackDown, it seems that Rhodes was taken out of action by the dastardly and disgruntled McIntyre.

While a match against Drew McIntyre for Clash in Paris 2025 could definitely still be added, the card is already stacked.

Potentially deferring the bout between McIntyre and Rhodes for a future event, it could make sense to see both Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre sit out Clash in Paris 2025.

7. Naomi

On the August 18 edition of WWE Raw, WWE Women’s World Champion Naomi appeared with a very important announcement.

Congratulations are in order for Naomi and her husband Jimmy Uso as the champ is pregnant!

After leaving the title in the ring, it is clear that there will be a fracas in the women’s division for who can get their hands on the gold next.

With Stephanie Vaquer already poised for a title shot against Naomi at Clash in Paris 2025, she will likely find a place on the card.

6. GUNTHER

After losing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to CM Punk at SummerSlam, GUNTHER was announced to be out of action due to an injury.

With the nose injury being described as taking him out “indefinitely”, it was separately reported that GUNTHER was already suffering from a nose issue that would require surgery.

While he remains off of WWE TV and seems unlikely to appear at Clash in Paris 2025, he continues to be rumored for a major upcoming match.

Reportedly GUNTHER is being considered for John Cena’s last match in December 2025.

5. Sami Zayn

Although he has recently switched brands from WWE Raw to SmackDown, it doesn’t seem that Sami Zayn will be on the card for Clash in Paris 2025.

It is still completely possible that the final match to be added on the card could be announced for the WWE United States Championship.

Since his arrival on SmackDown, Zayn seems set for a collision course with Solo Sikoa – which could lead to a showdown between the pair at Clash in Paris 2025 that is yet to be announced.

Given that there is still a scorned Jacob Fatu on the loose, Solo Sikoa will need all the MFTs to get out of Paris still holding the United States Championship.

4. Bron Breakker

Although Bron Breakker is involved in some top storylines in WWE, he doesn’t have any in-ring competition on the card for Clash in Paris 2025.

Roman Reigns did call out Bronson Reed directly for a bout at Clash in Paris 2025, shouting “See you in Paris!” at him.

Seth Rollins for his part has a World Heavyweight Championship match against Jey Uso, CM Punk and LA Knight which will likely require Breakker’s support.

Seemingly intentional, the omission could be leaning in with the storyline detail that Rollins is using Breakker to be his attack dog – which leaves Breakker out of contention for his own opportunities.

3. Lyra Valkyria

After failing in her bid to reclaim the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam, it doesn’t seem that Lyra Valkyria will make it to Clash in Paris.

However, the Intercontinental Championship is poised to be on the line at the event with Valkyria’s old rival Becky Lynch facing an intriguing opponent.

Taking on Nikki Bella in the WWE Hall of Famer’s first singles bout since returning at the 2025 Royal Rumble, Lynch could find herself with a short reign.

With Valkyria, Natalya and Bayley waiting in the wings to see who will come out of Paris as the champion, the Women’s Intercontinental Championship picture is heating up.

2. Giulia

After capturing the title from Zelina Vega in late June, Giulia continues to hold the WWE Women’s United States Championship on SmackDown.

Recently picking up a new manager in the returning to action Kiana James – the duo are seemingly poised to do big things together.

However, it doesn’t seem that they will be making an appearance in Paris as there is no United States Championship matches on the card for Clash in Paris 2025.

Although with Kiana James now on Giulia’s side – perhaps the experienced businesswoman can broker some sort of deal!

1. Ludwig Kaiser

Despite setting the example for ‘European Elegance” in WWE, Ludwig Kaiser is unlikely to appear on this PLE from France.

While it is possible that El Grande Americano will end up on the card for Clash in Paris 2025 – Ludwig Kaiser has been nowhere to be found.

Before taking on the El Grande Americano role, Kaiser technically hadn’t been on WWE TV since the SmackDown before WrestleMania 41.

However, with the current Clash in Paris card seeing only a few confirmed matches, there could still be something to be revealed.
