Here are eight WWE reunions that may be coming soon.

8. AJ Lee & CM Punk

After Becky Lynch interferred in the main event at Clash in Paris 2025, costing CM Punk the victory – her assault on the Second City Saint wasn’t over yet.

Appearing on the next night’s WWE Raw, Becky not only confronted Punk but also slapped him repeatedly – a move that Punk let her know she would live to regret.

With rumors swirling that Lee could be making a WWE return as early as this week’s September 5 edition of SmackDown – time will tell.

Certainly a major match if the mixed tag bout ends up happening at the WWE PLE debut on ESPN Wrestlepalooza – the return of AJ Lee will be a moment over ten years in the making.

7. Jimmy & Jey Uso

One reunion that seems well underway is that of The Usos, Jimmy & Jey Uso.

After taking a hiatus from teaming with one another for a few years, it seems that the latest vicious attack on Roman Reigns could unite the duo.

Seemingly coming together in opposition of The Vision’s Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed – it was Jimmy Uso who made a surprise appearance on WWE Raw after Clash in Paris to make the save on behalf of Jey who was getting attacked.

While Jimmy was able to chase off Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker for now – it seems highly likely that the pair will be reuniting in a match sometime soon.

6. Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams

While Trick Williams has continued to develop as a heel through his work in TNA Wrestling, fans do still enjoy him as a character.

Part of the magic with his former tag team partner in Carmelo Hayes – perhaps on the main roster the duo could reunite and see a reversal of roles.

Although in the past it was Trick as Melo’s affable sidekick, it could be that Hayes now plays more of the support to Trick as it is slowly revealed to Melo just how much Trick has changed.

A popular duo on NXT, the reunion of the Trick Melo Gang could not only provide a seamless transition to the main roster for Trick Williams but also kick up a new storyline for Carmelo Hayes as he considers the state of his former best friend.

One reunion that WWE fans may not even realize they’re missing out on yet is that of the Lucha Brothers, Penta and Rey Fenix.

While the duo have been a decorated tag team together in other companies, the real life brother duo of Penta and Rey Fenix have yet to team together in WWE.

Seemingly a reunion that could be coming on the horizon, it could make sense to happen sooner rather than later.

Since Penta continues a feud with The New Day, perhaps there is a future battle between The Lucha Bros and The New Day coming soon.

4. Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair

WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair

Former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair have continued to have an emotionally layered storyline.

Since Belair has been out of action due to injury, Cargill has gone on to achieve singles success of her own – which wasn’t previously the case when she was teaming with Belair.

Capturing the crown as the Queen of the Ring 2025, she would go on to face Tiffany Stratton at SummerSlam in a losing effort but having showcased her in-ring abilities.

With the feud between Stratton and Cargill doesn’t seem over – it could be that a returning Bianca Belair could cement a victory for Cargill – with the pair of stars turning heel together.

3. League of Nations (Sheamus & Rusev)

After a violent Donnybrook match at Clash in Paris 2025 showed off that both Sheamus and Rusev can still go – perhaps the pair are poised to reunite.

In a vignette that aired on WWE Raw after the PLE, Rusev noted an intriguing statement about his decisive victory.

Noting that since he had tapped out Sheamus – the pair could be friends again.

Potentially poised to use their brotherhood forged by combat to unleash new violence on the tag team division, the duo could be top contenders for the WWE World Tag Team Championship still held by Judgment Day.

2. Tama Tonga & Jacob Fatu

Tama Tonga was written off of WWE TV at the hands of LA Knight ahead of WrestleMania 41 to allow for time off related to a legitimate injury.

However, many things have changed since his departure and there could be an interesting storyline that evolves from his return.

While it is always possible that Tama Tonga will return after injury and reunite with Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga – the group has already added Tala Tonga and JC Mateo – seemingly filling up the four man squad.

However, if Tama Tonga were to reunite with Jacob Fatu instead and link up with Jimmy & Jey Uso as Fatu has already been doing in house show bouts – there could be a major new Bloodline showdown coming.

1. AJ Lee & Paige

According to recent reports, the return of AJ Lee is not meant to be a one-off event.

Rather if the former Divas Champion were to stick around, it would make sense for her to accumulate some allies from the current WWE roster.

Although if she were looking to call upon on old frenemy, there could be a lot of fun storylines from the reunion of AJ Lee and Paige (fka Saraya in AEW) since the latter remains a free agent.

Given both of their harrowing in-ring return stories after career ending injury, it would be even sweeter to see these two back in action in 2025.
