The road to WrestleMania 41 has officially begun with the card for WWE’s biggest show of the year taking shape.
For Monday Night Raw, the program should be focused on further building up the GUNTHER vs. Jey Uso World Heavyweight Title feud and determining who will be the WWE Women’s World Champion to face Bianca Belair at Mania.
There are a number of talent over on SmackDown that could make their way to Netflix to jockey for a position on the supercard in Las Vegas this April, and there’s always the possibility of NXT call-ups as well.
Here are eight WWE stars who could potentially join Raw soon.
8. Jade Cargill

At the WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 event, Jade Cargill made her return to the company for the first time in months to attack Naomi in the women’s Elimination Chamber match.
Taking out her former Big Three stablemate indicated to many fans that Naomi was behind the mystery attack on Cargill back in November.
However, the question has now turned to if Naomi worked alone in this assault on the former AEW star.
Cargill moving to Monday Night Raw could allow her to get away from both Naomi and Bianca Belair as well as finding out if there was anyone else involved in her attack.

7. Nia Jax

Coming off a loss alongside Candice LeRae to Tiffany Stratton and Trish Stratus at WWE Elimination Chamber 2025, Nia Jax might be in need of a change.
After losing the WWE Women’s Championship, Jax has been desperate to get back to the top any way she can.
From trying to recapture her gold from Stratton to challenging Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship, the 2024 Queen of the Ring has spent the past few months looking to change her fortunes.
Heading into WrestleMania 41, Jax could move back to Monday Night Raw alongside LeRae and get into the mix for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship to get her hands on some gold.

6. Andrade

On the February 28 edition of SmackDown, Jacob Fatu defeated Andrade to move on to the United States Championship triple threat number one contender’s match later in the episode.
This brought yet another major loss for former United States Champion Andrade and might lead to a major change for him.
Andrade has been in need of change of scenery over the last few months and could get that by making the move to Monday Night Raw.
Andrade joining the Intercontinental Title scene that includes Bron Breakker, AJ Styles and Penta could reinvigorate his career while delivering some spectacular bouts.

5. LA Knight

LA Knight has once again become the number one contender for Shinsuke Nakamura’s United States Championship after defeating Jacob Fatu and Carmelo Hayes on the February 28 edition of SmackDown.
It remains to be seen when Knight will get this title shot at the time of this writing, but this could be his final chance.
“The Megastar” coming up short in this bid could signal that his run over on the blue brand is coming to an end.
Knight moving to Monday Night Raw could open the door for him to face the likes of GUNTHER, Jey Uso and Sheamus, which may reignite his character.

4. Roxanne Perez

Roxanne Perez has seemingly started her WWE main roster career on a high after kicking off 2025 by entering the women’s Royal Rumble match.
After setting the record for longest duration in the women’s Rumble, Perez has remained to be a presence on both the main roster and NXT.
Roxanne has every tool available to her to become a main event level talent for the WWE women’s division.
With Perez’s rival Bayley on the red brand, it makes sense for “The Prodigy” to begin her main roster run with this rivalry on Monday Night Raw.

3. Bianca Belair

At WWE Elimination Chamber 2025, Bianca Belair defeated Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss, Roxanne Perez, Bayley and Naomi in the women’s Elimination Chamber match to advance to WrestleMania 41.
Now with Belair prepared to challenge either Rhea Ripley or IYO SKY for the Women’s World Championship, “The EST of WWE” could be heading to Raw.
Belair adds a lot of star power to the Raw women’s division and will look to regain her spot at the top of the card.
Whether it be against Rhea Ripley or IYO SKY, the build to this Mania showdown should take place on Raw.

2. Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes made the decision to turn down The Rock’s offer at Elimination Chamber 2025, but he had to immediately regret that after what happened.
John Cena brutally and ruthlessly attacked Rhodes alongside “The Final Boss” and Travis Scott in a memorable angle to close the premium live event.
With Rhodes left laying bloody at the end of the show, WWE should move “The American Nightmare” to Netflix where John Cena is advertised to appear throughout the upcoming European tour.
Cody brings a much needed centerpiece full-time star to the red brand and can make Raw the home for his WrestleMania 41 build.

1. Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns has remained on the shelf for WWE since being curb stomped by Seth Rollins after being eliminated from the 2025 men’s Royal Rumble match.
While he has been the focal point and top star for SmackDown for the better part of six years, it feels like the right time for Reigns to move to the red brand.
After the move to Netflix in January, Roman is needed to be on the program to further cement its status as the company’s flagship show.
Following the attack by Rollins and being eliminated from the Rumble by CM Punk, “The OTC” has every reason to make Monday Night Raw his new home.
