Here are eight potential new WWE signings.

8. Zilla Fatu

Zilla Fatu, son of WWE legend Umaga

While there is always talk of potential new Bloodline members signing to WWE – perhaps the one that seems most likely to be next is Zilla Fatu.

Already making a name for himself in independent wrestling – including feuding with Booker T in Reality of Wrestling – Fatu has made his future goal to join WWE clear.

Able to capture a similar vibe of equal parts frightening and endearing  – Zilla could certainly make a solid backup to Jacob Fatu in a faction.

With the potential for another member of the Bloodline to sign with WWE and become a fan favorite – it would make complete sense to see Zilla Fatu signed sooner rather than later.

7. Danhausen

AEW's Danhausen

According to recent reports, WWE is interested in signing Danhausen when his contract with AEW expires – reportedly soon.

While he hasn’t been seen in AEW action since 2023 – he certainly hasn’t been hanging around the house – going on to appear for at least 20 independent promotions.

Continuing to make his mark even in absence from AEW, Danhausen also appeared to continue to be a top AEW merch seller – another detail that is potentially intriguing to WWE about the character.

With the recent appearances of Mr. Iguana on WWE TV being beloved by fans, perhaps Danhausen is set to make the leap to become the next thrill for fans.

After dropping the AEW World Tag Team Championship to the Hurt Syndicate (WWE alum Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin) – Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen disappeared from AEW TV.

Later it was revealed that the pair were set to see their current AEW contracts expire this summer, seemingly indicating perhaps they were not planning on re-signing with the company.

It has been reported that similarly to Danhausen, WWE is interested in exploring signing Private Party when they become available given their TV experience and fan favorite status despite long absence.

With fun characters with well defined in-ring styles as well, the duo seem to be a perfect fit for the rebuilding NXT tag team division.

After WWE acquired AAA, it seemed that there was a chance that several of the promotions top stars may end up signing with WWE in the long run.

Octagon Jr. has already made a WWE debut at Money in the Bank 2025 after a confrontation with Dominik Mysterio at the AAA x WWE crossover event Worlds Collide earlier that day led to a match at the main roster event.

1. Jelly Roll

While WWE is known for having celebrity guests from time to time, it seems few have taken it as seriously as Jelly Roll.

Joining the elite ranks of Logan Paul and Bad Bunny as mainstream stars who have had full matches in this modern era of WWE – Jelly Roll is set to team with Randy Orton at SummerSlam to take on Paul and Drew McIntyre.

Although he seems poised for success at SummerSlam 2025 – having lost over 100 pounds since his SummerSlam 2024 appearance and having trained at the Performance Center – Jelly Roll may want to come back for more.

WWE could definitely sign Jelly Roll for future matches like a spot in the Royal Rumble or to appear at SummerSlam 2026 – maybe even for a singles match by then!
