With WrestleMania 41 on the horizon, so to is the upcoming 2025 WWE Draft.
Every year in the Draft, a number of names are called up from the NXT roster to WWE’s main roster, leaving gaps in the developmental roster to be filled.
However, there are a number of big free agents who could be signed to fill the gaps on the NXT roster in the coming months.
Here are 8 potential new WWE NXT signings.
8) Sean Legacy

The WWE ID program has already given us a potential future look at some independent stars that we could one day see on NXT television.
Of all the WWE ID prospects, Sean Legacy stands out as one of the more experienced names currently under an ID label, with him having been wrestling for almost 10 years.
Legacy took part in the inaugural main event for WWE Evolve, where he was a standout to many fans watching, so it seems likely that he will be one of the first to make the move to NXT full-time.
Of course, there are more current WWE ID prospects that we could see make the move to NXT full-time soon.

7) Zayda Steel

Zayda Steel was the first women’s wrestler announced to be signed to a WWE ID contract, and her signing was one that was well received among fans.
Zayda made her first appearance on WWE Evolve last week, though she has yet to officially take part in a match on the show.
With her already having a fanbase following her runs in Marigold and GCW, she could make an immediate impact in an already stacked women’s division.
Zayda is definitely a name that NXT fans should keep an eye on in the future.

6) Leyla Hirsch

Former AEW star Leyla Hirsch is now officially a free agent, with her contract with AEW officially coming to an end on February 28.
With Leyla now a free agent, she has recently announced her return to the independent wrestling scene, which could open more eyes to her work.
A number of former AEW stars are currently a part of the NXT roster, including Ricky Saints, Ethan Page and Lexis King, and Leyla could be the next to join them if WWE has interest in picking her up.

5) Mike Santana

Former AEW star Mike Santana has become a fixture for TNA over the past year since his departure from AEW.
Santana left AEW so he could embark on a solo career, and he currently finds himself in a rivalry with former WWE star Mustafa Ali in the company.
With the TNA and NXT partnership now in full swing, it could only be a matter of time before Mike Santana makes his first appearance on NXT television.
Santana would be a great addition to the men’s division on the brand should he come in, whether as part of TNA or full-time.

4) Kylie Rae

When former AEW star Kylie Rae was announced as a WWE ID prospect, it was met with a lot of confusion from fans.
Kylie is by far the most experienced name signed to an ID contract, and she is currently one of the top faces of the WWE Evolve show.
With Kylie already having American television experience from her time in AEW, it isn’t hard to imagine that her time under an ID contract will only be a short one.
With Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer and Jordynne Grace likely only to be in NXT for a short time, more top women will likely be needed to replace them.

3) Masha Slamovich

Masha Slamovich currently reigns as the TNA Knockouts Champion, and she has already made a number of appearances on WWE television.
While Masha has not yet wrestled in NXT, she has appeared in the crowd multiple times to hype up a Knockouts Championship match with Cora Jade.
With Jordynne Grace appearing for NXT as Knockouts Champion before eventually signing with WWE full-time, Masha could end up being the next in line to do just that.

2) Joe Hendry

TNA World Champion Joe Hendry has already created a large fanbase with the NXT fans following his numerous appearances on the brand last year.
Hendry also made an appearance in the Royal Rumble match, and many have speculated he could appear on next week’s WWE Raw show in Glasgow.
With Hendry’s contract with TNA reportedly set to expire later this year, it feels inevitable that he will join WWE once his deal is up.
An NXT run feels like an obvious first step before he eventually moves up to Raw or SmackDown.

1) Jeff Cobb

It was recently reported that WWE had interest in signing current NJPW star Jeff Cobb.
Cobb was eliminated from the New Japan Cup by Shota Umino, which could end up being his final match for the company before he eventually makes his debut in WWE.
It was reported that Cobb was already listed on WWE’s internal roster, so his arrival feels more like a when rather than an if.
While Cobb could easily slot onto Raw or SmackDown, he would be a big shot in the arm for the NXT men’s division.
