All Elite Wrestling kicked 2026 off by announcing a new free agent signing with Jake Doyle making his debut on the January 7 AEW Dynamite.
With the year underway, there should be even more talent that could potentially get picked up by AEW and make their debut on Dynamite or Collision in the near future.
Whether they be a top talent on the indies or a former star from another major promotion, there are a litany of different names who could be signed to Tony Khan’s company in the weeks and months to come.
Here are eight new AEW signings to potentially debut soon.
8. Lena Kross

According to recent reports, All Elite Wrestling has signed Australian star Lena Kross to a contract.
However, Kross has yet to appear on AEW programming in the months since reportedly signing with the promotion.
With an impressive look and exceptional in-ring ability, Kross could be a difference maker that might make a major impact on the company.
Lena Kross debuting on AEW TV would be a wonderful addition with the expansion of the women’s division following the introduction of the Women’s Tag Team Titles.

7. Calvin Tankman

Following the signing of Jake Doyle, All Elite Wrestling might be looking to the independent scene for free agents to bring into the promotion.
Alongside Jake Doyle, Calvin Tankman is someone who garnered a lot of attention and popularity in DPW over the past year.
Standing at six feet, two inches and weighing 355 pounds, Tankman is an intimidating force that strikes fear in the hearts of his opponents and has stood out in a significant way.
Tankman signing with AEW could add a great deal to the roster with his experience and ability to stand out from the rest of the pack.

6. The Hex (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle)

In December 2025, All Elite Wrestling crowned their first AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions with the Babes of Wrath defeating Timeless Love Bombs to become the inaugural titleholders.
Looking at the independent scene and current free agents, there are plenty of female tag teams that could be brought in to add depth to that title picture.
The Hex have been a standout tandem that has won championship gold and made a name for themselves across different promotions, such as TNA Wrestling and NWA.
Bringing The Hex in would make for some formidable opponents for Babes of Wrath and could see Allysin Kay and Marti Belle also get some opportunities in singles competition as well.

5. Miyu Yamashita

No stranger to All Elite Wrestling, Miyu Yamashita is someone who has appeared several times for the promotion over the past three years.
Facing off with top names like Timeless Toni Storm and Thunder Rosa, Yamashita has always excelled inside the squared circle on AEW TV.
After establishing herself as “the ace” of Tokyo Joshi Pro, Yamashita has travelled all over the world and competed against the best women’s wrestlers in the world today.
Still working mostly in Japan, Miyu Yamashita deserves to get a bigger spotlight and could obtain that with AEW where she could match up well with the current stars, such as Willow Nightingale, Kris Statlander and Mercedes Moné.

4. Bullet Club War Dogs (Gabe Kidd, Clark Connors & Drilla Moloney)

Around this time of the year, New Japan Pro Wrestling sees a lot of roster turnover with talent contracts expiring.
One of the more notable groups who have been in recent reports about their deals expiring is The Bullet Club War Dogs.
While reports have suggested that WWE are interested in War Dogs leader David Finlay, the other members have been getting some looks on AEW programming over the past year.
After establishing himself with the Death Riders in 2025, Gabe Kidd could sign a deal and open the door for his War Dogs stablemates Clark Connors and Drilla Moloney to also join him in AEW where they have everything it takes to take over like they have in NJPW.

3. Killer Kelly

Following in the footsteps of Jake Doyle, Killer Kelly is another former TNA Wrestling star who recently saw their contract expire to start 2026.
Returning to the ring after giving birth to her child, Kelly looked motivated to step back in the ring and contribute to TNA Wrestling.
However, this wasn’t meant to be and ended her four-year tenure with TNA. With her experience and character work, Kelly is someone who can add a different kind of persona to the AEW women’s division.
Now that the women’s scene is expanding, Kelly would make for an excellent addition that could play a significant role in the title picture depending on which championship she pursues.

2. The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz, Trey Miguel & Myron Reed)

Speaking of TNA Wrestling, another group of stars who have deals that are expiring soon are The Rascalz.
Consisting of Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz and Myron Reed, the faction recently welcomed back Dezmond Xavier on TNA television and could see this whole group leaving the promotion to start 2026.
Looking at their style and characters, The Rascalz feel like a stable that would feel right at home in All Elite Wrestling.
Whether it be against The Young Bucks, The Don Callis Family or JetSpeed, The Rascalz coming to AEW would be a whole lot of fun and add a significant amount to their tag team or trios divisions.

1. Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey has been away from the pro wrestling scene for nearly three years now, but that could change in the next year.
During her time in WWE, Rousey was a former three-time Women’s World Champion and a Triple Crown Champion after capturing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles with Shayna Baszler.
With the AEW women’s division looking to take the next step in their progression, the company could add a major name who has plenty of star power to offer.
Considering her connection with Marina Shafir from their MMA Four Horsewomen days, Rousey could come in to be her new tag team partner and the newest member of The Death Riders on AEW TV in 2026.
