All Elite Wrestling is on the road to AEW All In London 2026 on Sunday, August 30 from Wembley Stadium.
There has been a lot of discussion and speculation in regards to what will be the main event of All In London 2026.
From the Owen Hart Foundation men’s and women’s tournament set to conclude at Forbidden Door 2026 to the AEW title scenes having a number of possibilities, the headline spot will have a plethora of options to choose from in London.
Here are eight potential matches to main event AEW All In London 2026.
AEW World Championship: MJF (c) vs. Will Ospreay
At AEW Double Or Nothing 2026, MJF defeated Darby Allin to become a three-time AEW World Champion.
Maxwell Jacob Friedman has been at the center of the main event picture in AEW throughout 2026, so it just makes sense that he would be in the headliner at the biggest show of the year.
Meanwhile, Will Ospreay is on another surge of momentum as he heads into the Owen Hart Foundation men’s tournament final against Swerve Strickland at AEW Forbidden Door 2026.
With the event taking place at the legendary Wembley Stadium, Ospreay closing All In London 2026 against AEW World Champion MJF is the most likely and logical main event that will deliver and has plenty of history from 2024.
AEW Women’s World Championship: Thekla (c) vs. Mercedes Mone
From one potential Owen Hart Cup winner to another, Mercedes Mone seems to be the odds-on favorite to win at AEW Forbidden Door 2026 against Maya World to go back-to-back years.
‘The CEO’ came in as the ‘Wild Card’ after the woman who beat her to end her legendary reign as TBS Champion, Willow Nightingale, was sidelined with a serious shoulder injury.
Meanwhile, Thekla has reigned as the AEW Women’s World Champion and is someone who always stands out in a unique way despite only coming to the company a year ago.
If AEW wants to place their two biggest stars from the women’s division in historic company, they could pit Mone against Thekla for the AEW Women’s World Championship in the headliner at All In London 2026 on August 30.
AEW World Championship: MJF (c) vs. Swerve Strickland
As previously mentioned, MJF has headlined every AEW pay-per-view in 2026 so far – Revolution, Dynasty and Double Or Nothing.
With AEW All In London 2026 being the most important show of the year for the promotion, MJF seems like a trusted figure who could hold the AEW World Title into this pivotal spot on the card.
Elsewhere, Swerve Strickland has been on the hunt for power and wants the AEW World Championship back to get it. Now, he will face Will Ospreay in the Owen Hart Cup men’s final at Forbidden Door 2026.
Considering his impressive record against Ospreay in the past, Swerve has to be considered as an option to win and go on to face MJF for the first time in an AEW ring in the main event from Wembley Stadium.
AEW World Championship: Kenny Omega (c) vs. Swerve Strickland
Swerve Strickland’s 2026 has been centered on his heel turn that took place during his feud with Kenny Omega.
The two top stars got in each other’s way on the road to a shot at the AEW World Title at Revolution 2026, leading to a first time showdown where Strickland beat Omega.
After a series of wins, Swerve found himself back in contention for the AEW World Championship again, but it was Omega who avenged his loss against Swerve to become number one contender and failed to defeat MJF at Dynasty 2026.
Following that loss, Omega has been focused on his path back to AEW World Title, which could lead to a desperation shot at Redemption 2026. If he walks out champion, Omega might find himself against Swerve again at All In London 2026.
AEW World Tag Team Championship: Adam Copeland & Christian Cage (c) vs. The Young Bucks
At AEW Revolution 2026, FTR defeated The Young Bucks to retain the AEW World Tag Team Championship. Post match, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage made their return to get revenge on the champions.
After a loss at Dynasty 2026, Cope and Cage defeated FTR in an I Quit Match to win the AEW World Tag Team Title.
Meanwhile, The Bucks have had to fight from the bottom to earn another title shot somewhere down the line, which may happen at All In London 2026.
With this being two of the greatest tag teams of all time facing each other for the very first time, Cage and Cope defending the AEW World Tag Team Championship against The Young Bucks sounds like a worthy main event for Wembley Stadium.
AEW World Tag Team Championship Escarlera de la Muerte Match: Adam Copeland & Christian Cage (c) vs. FTR vs. The Young Bucks
To add to the insanity, there is a chance that the seeds being sowed will lead to a three-way with Cage and Cope, The Young Bucks and FTR.
Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler recently revealed that they are taking some time off for the first time in over a decade and don’t know when or if they will return to AEW.
This could lead to AEW changing the focus of the tag team division to The Bucks and Cope & Cage until FTR make a return ahead of Wembley Stadium.
In a callback to WWF WrestleMania X-Seven, Cage & Cope could want this bout to be Tables, Ladders and Chairs, which in AEW, means Escalera de la Muerte. With these three legendary teams, this has all the makings of an instant classic.
AEW World Championship: MJF (c) vs. Kenny Omega vs. Will Ospreay
When looking at the AEW main event picture, things seem to be as unpredictable as ever in 2026.
While MJF held the AEW World Title to start the year, Darby Allin’s whirlwind championship reign provided a twist in the scene until ‘The Devil’ recaptured the gold at Double Or Nothing.
However, Kenny Omega remains a figure that seems zeroed in on the AEW World Title now more than ever ahead of All In London 2026.
If a potential Dynasty 2026 rematch with MJF is on the table for Redemption, Omega could find himself inserted into the mix with his friend and potential Owen Hart Cup winner Will Ospreay as challengers for the AEW World Title at Wembley Stadium.
AEW World Championship: Kenny Omega (c) vs. Will Ospreay
Over the last few months, fans have witnessed some emotionally gripping backstage heart-to-hearts between Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega.
After Dynasty 2026, both men were down following heart-breaking losses, but Omega and Ospreay uplifted each other because of that. However, the dynamic became different after Double Or Nothing following Ospreay working with The Death Riders.
With Omega focused on his path to the AEW World Title, it feels like Redemption 2026 from his home country of Canada could be headlined by ‘The Cleaner’ challenging MJF one more time.
If Omega walks out of Montreal with the AEW World Title, this sets the stage for Omega to face Ospreay for the first time in three years from Wembley Stadium at AEW All In London 2026.
