Over the past year, WWE NXT has seen several different stars from all over the world make their way to the brand to make an impact.

Whether it be Ricky Saints or Blake Monroe, these talents have become some of the biggest stars on the roster and will continue to be significant to the brand moving forward.

Looking at the current landscape, there is room for more stars from free agency and other promotions to make a similar impact on the brand in the weeks and months to come.

Here are eight potential debuts on WWE NXT.

8. Zayda Steel

In March, WWE introduced another brand of the company with the Evolve revival airing on Tubi in the United States.

On WWE Evolve, the show features talent from the WWE Performance Center and independent stars signed to the WWE ID program, such as Zayda Steel.

The first official signee for WWE ID, the 21 year old Steel has established herself as a prominently featured star as a member of The Vanity Project with Evolve Men’s Champion Jackson Drake, Bryce Donovan and Swipe Right.

Since most of her stablemates have appeared on WWE NXT in 2025, it makes sense Zayda will be next in line to debut and make an impact in the women’s division on the brand.

7. Bryce Donovan

Speaking of The Vanity Project, the group’s storyline currently revolves around dissension centered around Bryce Donovan.

The nine year pro has been singled out for his decision making and getting The Vanity Project into difficult situations on WWE Evolve as of late.

Donovan has the size, look and experience to be a star for WWE Evolve or even beyond.

WWE could use this current storyline to get Bryce out of The Vanity Project to call him up to NXT or have him join Jackson Drake and Swipe Right on the brand as a member of the stable.

6. Keanu Carver

Keanu Carver has become one of the top stars on the WWE Evolve brand thanks to his dominant and intimidating presence as well as record.

Becoming the “monster” of the brand, Carver is one win away from potentially capturing the WWE Evolve Men’s Championship on the September 10 episode.

However, this match will be a three-way with Jackson Drake and Brooks Jensen, so Carver could lose without being involved in the finish.

If he comes out empty handed in his second attempt at the WWE Evolve Men’s Championship, Keanu Carver might decide it is time to try his hand on WWE NXT where he could join the slate of monster-like figures like Jasper Troy and Oba Femi.

Kylie Rae was one of the standout names from the original WWE ID signees from 2024.

With nearly a decade of experience in the pro wrestling business, Rae has proven time and time again that she is a reliable and consistent performer who leaves an impression on the fans.

Rae has done just that on WWE Evolve where she has become the standard bearer and one of the top stars of the women’s division.

Bringing that momentum to WWE NXT, Rae has the potential to be a very popular underdog babyface for the brand, working with the likes of Blake Monroe or Fatal Influence in the future.

4. Leyla Hirsch

Former AEW star Leyla Hirsch

Back in February, Leyla Hirsch departed All Elite Wrestling after the company chose not to renew her contract.

After ending her five year run with the promotion, Hirsch has made limited appearances on the independent scene.

The former AEW star also had a notable tryout with WWE for a referee position instead of as an in-ring competitor.

However, WWE could decide to put Hirsch in the ring upon signing her on NXT and seeing how she works in the squared circle now that she is on their radar.

3. Octagon Jr.

Back in June, Octagon Jr. had a whirlwind weekend in Los Angeles, California at WWE & AAA Worlds Collide and Money In The Bank.

After picking up the pinfall win for his trio in the opening match of Worlds Collide, Octagon Jr. was called out by WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio, leading to a brawl that set up a title match for Money In The Bank.

Despite coming up short in that bout, the masked luchador has since signed a contract with WWE and been featured on Lucha Libre AAA more consistently.

Introducing him to a new audience, WWE could debut him on NXT where he could show off his thrilling high flying style inside the ring.

2. Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen)

AEW's Private Party

In January, Private Party lost the AEW World Tag Team Championship to Hurt Syndicate’s Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin.

After losing the gold, fans have not seen Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen on AEW TV since then.

Following a nine month absence from the company, it does not seem like AEW will bring back Private Party before their contract reportedly expires later in 2025 like they have done in the past.

With the current state of the tag team division and lack of prominent duos, Private Party feel like a crucial and integral signing for WWE NXT where they can truly break out right from the start.

Ever since announcing the multi-year partnership, WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling have been consistently using their talents on each other’s television.

From The Hardys and Mike Santana to Ash By Elegance and Masha Slamovich, several TNA stars have been highlighted on WWE TV in significant spots.

One of the most notable omissions from the list of TNA Wrestling stars who have appeared on WWE NXT is current X-Division Champion Leon Slater.

At just 20 years old, Slater has everything it takes to display his awe inspiring aerial arsenal with the Swanton 450 on the WWE NXT brand where he would bring the X-Division style against the likes of Je’Von Evans or Wes Lee.
