The January 5, 2026 edition of WWE Raw will be a much anticipated episode of the flagship show in the company and for The Vision stable.
After scoring a victory over CM Punk in the Men’s WarGames, Bron Breakker is set to challenge “The Best In The World” for the World Heavyweight Title on the first Raw of the new year.
With the recent addition of Austin Theory to their ranks, the first Raw of 2026 could see another new member of The Vision being revealed to the fans.
Here are seven WWE stars to potentially join The Vision on the first Raw of 2026.
7. Montez Ford

On the December 15 edition of WWE Raw, Austin Theory was revealed as the mystery man who helped The Vision pick up the win in the Men’s WarGames at WWE Survivor Series 2025.
Prior to this reveal, there were reports and rumors indicating that it was not only Theory under the mask, but another WWE star had been used in the role.
With the reports indicating him as one of the mystery men, fans could see Montez Ford revealed as the newest member of The Vision come January 5.
Considering Street Profits have not been seen on WWE TV in months, joining The Vision might be the best chance Ford has to gain a prominent role in the company as 2026 gets underway.

6. Nathan Frazer

The Vision was created with Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman at the helm, who went on to recruit both Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed to the group.
However, Breakker led the charge for Reed and Heyman to join him in turning on Rollins back on the October 13 episode of Raw.
To throw salt on the wound of Rollins who is currently out with injury, The Vision could recruit someone very close to “The Visionary.”
Bringing Rollins’ protege Nathan Frazer into The Vision would be a further way for Breakker, Heyman and Reed show that this faction has only gotten stronger in Seth’s absence.

5. Ilja Dragunov

Back in October, Ilja Dragunov made his return from a serious leg injury to defeat Sami Zayn to win the United States Championship.
Since then, Dragunov has become a consistent highlight every week on Friday Night SmackDown with his U.S. Open Challenge.
However, The Vision could look to the current United States Champion to bolster their ranks on Raw.
“The Mad Dragon” could bring his fiery personality and hard hitting in-ring style to help make The Vision even more intimidating and feared.

4. Blake Monroe

Ever since signing with WWE in June 2025, Blake Monroe has positioned herself as one of the top stars of the NXT women’s division.
Capturing the NXT Women’s North American Championship at Halloween Havoc, Monroe instantly showed the world that she is a capable competitor and someone who could sit at the mountaintop for quite some time.
The former Mariah May has felt like someone destined for success on the WWE main roster, which can come sooner rather than later.
Monroe getting called up to the WWE main roster and joining The Vision could allow the group to take over all of Monday Night Raw, including the women’s division.

3. Jordynne Grace

Another key free agent signing for WWE in 2025 had to have been Jordynne Grace.
The former three-time TNA Knockouts World Champion has the strength, look and in-ring ability to stand toe-to-toe with any female star in the entire company.
“The Juggernaut” hasn’t quite found her footing in WWE over the course of the past year since signing with the promotion, being unable to win the NXT Women’s Championship after several title opportunities.
With her wealth of experience and awe inspiring physique, Grace would be an excellent addition to The Vision that could make the faction the most dominant in all of WWE today.

2. Trick Williams

Going from Carmelo Hayes’ sidekick to the face of the brand, Trick Williams had one of the most fascinating journeys in the history of NXT.
The former two-time NXT Champion has been able to play any role given to him in WWE whether it be as the top babyface or the main heel for the brand.
Showcasing himself to be ready made for the main roster spotlight, it feels like the right time for Trick to get called up to either Raw or SmackDown.
Considering his tremendous talking ability and undeniable charisma, Trick could bring something new and different to the table for The Vision on WWE Raw.

1. Oba Femi

When looking at the NXT roster, no one jumps off the screen and looks like someone who could come to the main roster to be a top star on day one quite like Oba Femi.
Assembling one of the best runs in NXT history, “The Ruler” has been a dominant force, setting the record for the longest reign as NXT North American Champion in his first 18 months on the brand.
At the December 13 edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Oba Femi had his main roster in-ring debut and went head-to-head with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.
After his impressive showing on the WWE main roster, Femi could make the transition with Paul Heyman being someone who would see him as a key acquisition for The Vision to make them even more insurmountable to the rest of the roster.
