As WWE Raw on Netflix continues to heat up in the lead up to WrestleMania 41, there are even more exciting changes that could be made.
With several strong storylines already evolving on Netflix, several switches from SmackDown and call-ups from NXT could refresh the brand even more in the new streaming era.
Here are seven changes that could shake up the WWE Raw Roster.
7. Roman Reigns

While he has been a WWE SmackDown staple for years, it seems completely likely that Roman Reigns will at some point make the jump to WWE Raw.
Featuring on the banner graphic for WWE Raw on Netflix, Roman Reigns would be well suited to make appearances on WWE Raw if not entirely be drafted to the brand in 2025.
Especially as the ‘Road to WrestleMania’ continues, Reigns may be set to appear on WWE Raw – that is if rumors persist and he is really set to face-off against some combination of Seth Rollins and/or CM Punk.
However, Reigns is notorious for not running alone so it would make sense if he happens to arrive on Netflix with a built-in entourage…

6. Lance Anoa’i & Hikuleo

Accordingly, Roman Reigns needs a new squad to back him up on WWE Raw and there are some built-in options available.
Two members of the real life Bloodline that are reportedly currently signed to WWE but have yet to debut are Lance Anoa’i and Hikuleo.
Similarly to past iterations of the Bloodline, this new new Bloodline has plenty of cross-brand rivalry potential as they seek to establish themselves within the family, but also on the main roster.
Splitting the Bloodline faction between SmackDown and Raw continues the compelling inter-familial drama but without necessarily getting as stale as it might if we see yet another round of Roman vs Solo straight away.

5. Roxanne Perez

Long rumored to be headed to the main roster shortly, Roxanne Perez was not successful in her recent bid to reclaim the WWE NXT Women’s Championship at Vengeance Day.
The former NXT Women’s Champion most recently appeared on the main roster when she broke the record for the longest appearance in a women’s Royal Rumble during the 2025 edition of the bout.
She was eliminated last by eventual winner, Charlotte Flair.
Still embroiled in a bit of a feud with Bayley, Roxanne could easily transition to the WWE Raw roster to continue to haunt the ‘Role Model’, and could even qualify for the Elimination Chamber with a win over Raquel Rodriguez tonight.

4. Carmelo Hayes

It took a while for Carmelo Hayes to find his footing on SmackDown, but he’s been getting into a groove as of late.
Picking up consecutive wins over Akira Tozawa and R-Truth, Hayes is gaining momentum, but there still doesn’t really seem to be any long-term direction or signs of elevation from beating lower card talent.
Despite his recent successes, the magic of his NXT run still isn’t shining through on SmackDown.
A change of scenery and some fresh opponents might be the missing piece of the puzzle for Hayes, who would undoubtedly shine under the bright lights of Netflix.

3. Trick Williams

Two moves can accomplish something major if this combination of talent is reunited on the main roster.
While Carmelo Hayes remains compelling on SmackDown, as noted, his singles feuds haven’t quite captured the magic of his character in NXT just yet.
However, reuniting Trick Melo Gang on WWE Raw by calling up Trick Williams and drafting Carmelo Hayes from SmackDown could restore the feeling.
The pair can continue to chase singles pursuits if they wish, however the duo is so dynamic together that they could easily resume a dominant tag team pairing as well.

2. Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill last appeared on WWE SmackDown but a devastating off screen attack has taken her out of action.
Recently it seems that security camera footage has pointed a potential finger at the culprits of Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez – setting the stage for a Jade Cargill revenge tour on WWE Raw.
While Bianca Belair has continued on in her WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship reign with Naomi in place of Jade, Cargill could swap brands on her own to seek vengeance.
Perhaps eventually reuniting with Belair or potentially going her own way and pursuing singles gold, Jade Cargill’s star power is perfect for Netflix.

1. New Catch Republic (Tyler Bate & Pete Dunne)

With Tyler Bate reportedly on the verge of a return from injury, there remains a hanging question mark about how he will be presented upon his return.
In Bate’s absence, Pete Dunne has made a pivot towards heelishness yet again, engaging in feuds with Sheamus and R-Truth, however more recently had a backstage interaction with Ludwig Kaiser that seemed to suggest he hadn’t entirely gone to the dark side.
Perhaps the return of Tyler Bate could also usher the return of a babyface Pete Dunne and the pair could resume their tag team rise on WWE Raw.
