On the road to WrestleMania 41, the WWE stars are all jockeying for position to get on the two-night event’s card.

Following Mania, all eyes will be set on the WWE Draft that will see stars from Raw and SmackDown moving around to get a fresh start and create new matchups.

There will also be NXT talent who finally get their call-up to the main roster and may find a new home on Monday Night Raw.

Here are seven new WWE stars to potentially join the Raw roster soon.

7. Roxanne Perez

After over three years on the NXT brand, Roxanne Perez has become one of the most polished and complete performers in the entire WWE women’s division.

“The Prodigy” is a two-time NXT Women’s Champion and showcased her growth through her heel work especially in her second reign.

Following her record-breaking Royal Rumble performance, it felt like it was the right time for Perez to make her way to the main roster, specifically moving to Raw.

With the rivalry that began with Bayley over on NXT, Roxanne should restart this feud by becoming the newest star on the Raw roster where she could potentially reach the top of the division.

6. Ethan Page

Another NXT star who looks ready for the main roster call-up is “All Ego” Ethan Page.

The former NXT Champion has proven himself to be ready made for the main roster from his in-ring ability to his microphone skills.

After taking only two months to capture his first singles title in WWE, Page could find the same success joining the Monday Night Raw roster.

Whether it be against top stars like CM Punk or facing off with Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker, Page has a great deal of potential that could see him climb the ladder in a hurry over on Raw.

5. Andrade

Coming back to the WWE at the start of 2024, it felt like Andrade would have a better run than his first stint in the company.

The former AEW star is one of the best in-ring performers in the promotion and proved that in his best-of-seven series against Carmelo Hayes last year.

In 2025, Andrade has not been used as much as he and many of his fans would like.

Making the move over to Monday Night Raw might help in Andrade finding the right role to excel and competing against the stars on the brand like Penta, Finn Balor or Dominik Mysterio.

4. Rusev (Miro)

Looking at the free agent market, Miro looks like a no-brainer signing for WWE following his AEW release in February.

After a four-year stint with All Elite Wrestling, Miro will return to a much different WWE than the one he left back in 2020.

Becoming Rusev again in WWE could give the promotion another monster heel that can be a formidable opponent for the babyfaces.

“The Bulgarian Brute” coming to Monday Night Raw can become the kind of opponent that can push younger babyfaces on the roster to the next level and reclaim a top position.

3. LA Knight

Ever since being called up to the WWE main roster on SmackDown, LA Knight has become one of the most popular stars in the entire company.

Despite starting his second reign as United States Champion, “The Megastar” feels like that has become his ceiling on the SmackDown brand.

A potential move to Raw might be what Knight needs to move up the ranks and possibly challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Seeing Knight mix it up with Seth Rollins or Jey Uso would provide new matchups and bring him up to the main event level, which he feels he deserves to be at.

2. Bianca Belair

After winning the women’s Elimination Chamber match, Bianca Belair is now set to challenge for the WWE Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 41.

Feuding with the likes of IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley, Belair has found herself primarily being featured on the Monday Night Raw brand.

“The EST of WWE” could boost the star power over on Raw and the move could provide her with the opportunity to switch up her character a bit.

If Bianca captures the WWE Women’s World Championship at Mania, it only makes sense for Belair to become a top star on the Raw roster.

1. Cody Rhodes

Since becoming the new Undisputed WWE Champion at WrestleMania 40, Cody Rhodes has cemented himself the top babyface on the SmackDown roster.

On the road to WrestleMania 41, Rhodes has found himself back on Monday Night Raw, feuding with John Cena ahead of their main event showdown.

“The American Nightmare” has more than established that he is the current face of WWE and that means he should be on the flagship show for the company.

With Raw’s recent move to Netflix, Rhodes should become the cornerstone for Raw moving forward, making it official as the number one overall pick to the brand in the 2025 WWE Draft after Mania.
