7 New WWE Signings For Raw

The Monday Night Raw roster has featured a number of top names over the past few months as the brand head towards next week’s WWE WrestleMania 41 event.

Coming out of the show, there could be a number of new faces introduced to the red brand to add more depth to it’s roster.

Whether it be wrestlers from outside WWE, NXT or returning names, the Raw roster may look a lot different in the coming months.

Here are 7 potential new WWE Raw signings.

7) Miro (Rusev)

Former AEW TNT Champion Miro was one of multiple names who were released from WWE back in February, with Ricky Saints and Rey Fenix having already debuted on WWE television, and vignettes for Aleister Black’s return airing on SmackDown in recent weeks.

It seems as though Rusev Day won’t be too far behind them, as it was recently reported that Rusev was at WWE Headquarters recently, with him preparing for an eventual return to the company.

The question falls on what brand Miro will return on, and with Fenix and Aleister Black on SmackDown, it would make sense for Rusev to make his way over to Raw.

A potential return on the Raw after WrestleMania feels likely for the Bulgarian Brute.

6) Stephanie Vaquer

WWE NXT star Stephanie Vaquer

Current NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer has almost speedrun through her run in NXT since her arrival in October.

Vaquer recently vacated the NXT Women’s North American Championship after capturing the NXT Women’s Championship, with her set to defend the title in a four-way at NXT Stand & Deliver.

With Stand & Deliver marking the end of many NXT stars’ time on the brand, and Vaquer already making a name for herself, it isn’t hard to imagine her moving up to the main roster shortly after WrestleMania.

A potential cameo on the Raw after WrestleMania before a full-time call up in the Draft wouldn’t be surprising to see.

5) Mariah May

Former AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May is reportedly set to be in a contract year with the company following the end of her title reign.

Mariah has not been on AEW television since her Hollywood Ending defeat to Toni Storm at Revolution, with many speculating about her ongoing contract expiration.

Should Mariah opt to leave AEW in favour of WWE, her run in the company has already cemented her as a top tier star to most fans, so she likely wouldn’t be sent to NXT, and would debut on the WWE main roster.

With Evolution II reportedly set to take place in the Summer, more names are always welcomed into WWE’s women’s division.

4) Fraxiom

WWE NXT's Nathan Frazer and Axiom

Another division that could always need fresh new faces is the tag team division, which has been one of Raw’s weaker parts over the past year.

In NXT, Fraxiom have created an undeniable legacy for themselves, with them more than ready to slide straight into the mix with the top teams on Raw or SmackDown.

Both Axiom and Frazer recently made cameo appearances on SmackDown, losing to Gunther and Rey Fenix respectively, but Raw is the division that would need them more.

3) Saraya (Paige)

Former WWE and AEW star Saraya (Paige)

Another big AEW departure was announced recently, when Saraya, the former Paige, announced that her time in AEW had come to an end.

With a number of recently departed AEW stars making the move over to WWE, it wouldn’t be too surprising to see Saraya follow in their footsteps.

Paige retired from in-ring competition back in 2018, with her going on to be cleared for a return when joining AEW in 2022, so it remains to be seen if WWE would clear her for a return.

If they would, it isn’t hard to imagine her back on Raw soon.

2) Jeff Cobb

NJPW star Jeff Cobb is another name that is reportedly on his way to WWE soon, with him recently being listed on the company’s internal roster.

Despite the rumours, Cobb has continued to do his thing in New Japan, with him even frequently making jokes about the rumours.

Cobb is currently one half of the IWGP World Tag Team Champions, so who knows how much longer his time in NJPW will last, but it seems pretty sure he will be heading to WWE.

While Cobb isn’t a name familiar with WWE audiences, his experience could see him land straight onto the main roster instead of a run in NXT.

1) Becky Lynch

WWE star Becky Lynch

Former Women’s World Champion Becky Lynch has not been seen on WWE television in almost a year, last appearing in a Steel Cage match defeat to Liv Morgan in May 2024.

Despite her absence, Becky has reportedly signed a new contract with the company, with her expected to make her return when she chooses.

It seems like WrestleMania 41 will come and go without an appearance from The Man, but she’ll almost surely be back in the fold shortly after the event.

April 21, 2025 to be more specific.
