WWE NXT is coming off the heels of both the Battleground premium live event and post-PLE episode of NXT, where a lot of big changes occurred.
With the likes of Stephanie Vaquer, Giulia, Roxanne Perez and Fraxiom all moving to Raw and SmackDown, the NXT roster is undergoing plenty of overturn recently.
Here are seven potential changes to the WWE NXT roster.
7. Tyra Mae Steele Debuts Following WWE LFG Win

Marking the end to season one of WWE LFG: Legends and Future Greats, Tyra Mae Steele became the first female winner of the show.
The Olympic Gold Medalist has shown off a variety of skills in the ring and with a character that made her the standout from the show.
After receiving her NXT contract, Steele is set to make her official in-ring debut on the brand and should add some much needed credibility to the women’s division.
Tyra has everything it takes to become a champion on NXT and the main roster in the months and years to come, so this could all start with her debut on the main show.

6. More WWE Evolve Talent Show Up

WWE Evolve has been running strong since its revival at the beginning of March.
Since April, talent from the brand has also been appearing on WWE NXT with the likes of Swipe Right and “Super” Sean Legacy making their presence felt.
Looking at the Evolve roster, there are a wide variety of stars who could be next to show up on NXT next.
From Kylie Rae to Kendal Grey and The Vanity Project, there should be more and more Evolve talent to make a name for themselves on the WWE NXT brand.

5. Mike Santana Increases Presence On NXT

On the May 27 edition of NXT, TNA Wrestling’s Mike Santana made his WWE in-ring debut in a win over Tavion Heights.
Later in the show, Santana then confronted new TNA World Champion Trick Williams before a title match was set up for the June 3 episode.
With the brand highlighting his “Boricua from The Bronx” character, it looks like WWE has respect for the path that Santana has crafted for himself.
The former AEW star being featured more on WWE NXT could go a long way in making him a bigger star and propel him to the TNA World Championship, which has been his goal since returning in April 2024.

4. ZARIA Turns On Sol Ruca To Go After NXT Women’s North American Championship

Since capturing the NXT Women’s North American Championship at Stand & Deliver, Sol Ruca has not backed down from a challenge and faced any contender head on.
However, ZARIA has made herself into an obstacle for those who want a shot at the title to get through before getting to Ruca.
It seems like a story is being crafted for the Australian star to eventually betray her friend and go after her gold.
With Sol currently holding both the North American Title and Speed Title, it may not be too long before ZARIA relieves her of the former.

3. Jacy Jayne’s Reign As NXT Women’s Champion Begins

On the May 27 edition of WWE NXT, Jacy Jayne defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the NXT Women’s Championship.
Signalling a huge shift in the brand, Jayne now sits atop of the NXT women’s division, while several of the top stars have moved up to the main roster.
Fatal Influence now has some power within NXT after capturing the top prize for the women’s division.
Considering the likes of Sol Ruca, ZARIA, Kelani Jordan and Jaida Parker on the rise, it remains to be seen how long Jacy will be on the throne in NXT moving forward.

2. Dark State Targets Hank & Tank For NXT Tag Team Championships

On the May 6 episode of WWE NXT, Dark State defeated Joe Hendry, Hank and Tank in a six-man tag team match.
Since then, the unit of Dion Lennox, Cutler James, Osiris Griffin and Saquon Shugars have been on the outside looking in on the action on NXT.
Cashing in on their non-title win, Dark State should come after their first championship gold on WWE NXT by targeting Hank and Tank.
The rebel group have lacked a mission statement for much of their run, so winning a title might give Dark State a purpose that has been missing for their time on NXT.

1. TNA Invasion Comes After Trick Williams

With Joe Hendry and Mike Santana making regular appearances on WWE NXT, it looks like TNA Wrestling may be making more of a presence on the brand.
With Trick Williams making history by becoming the first active WWE star to capture TNA gold, it feels like the top prize in the promotion has been held hostage.
Williams having a disdain for the TNA fans has added to the feeling that the stars of the company must fight back to bring their top title back to the company.
TNA Wrestling stars invading WWE NXT could create a memorable storyline centered around Trick Williams, where the likes of The Hardys, The System, Leon Slater and even Masha Slamovich appear to get their opportunity to bring back the TNA World Title.
