WWE star Roman Reigns has determined he can’t trust anybody – but he may need to find a new ally on the main roster.
From partners who have run with Reigns before to some that are entirely new, there are some intriguing possibilities for tag team partners for Roman Reigns on the roster.
Here are six potential tag team partners in WWE for Roman Reigns.
6. Sami Zayn
While they already reunited to work together at Survivor Series: WarGames, Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn were previously a fan favorite pairing.
Sami Zayn hasn’t been back on WWE TV since his violent battle against Kevin Owens at the Elimination Chamber, selling the severity of the match.
Although a very good reason for Zayn to make a return would be to team with Roman Reigns.
While the duo may have been at odds in the past, they certainly share common enemies like Drew McIntyre, and arguably also CM Punk.

5. El Grande Americano
Since no one has been able to determine the identity of the new masked luchador on WWE Raw, El Grande Americano, perhaps he would be the perfect ally for Roman Reigns.
At least he will know that he doesn’t have any personal history of having victimized the new luchador during his tyrannical championship reign.
While the partnership wouldn’t have to last a long time, it would actually be an incredible pairing of athletes… in addition to just being pretty funny.
A team that would perhaps best work on something like the Raw after WrestleMania, the duo could be joined together to take on some equally odd pairing.

4. The Rock
One unresolved piece of Roman Reigns’ story remains what is going on between he and the Final Boss, The Rock.
With The Rock making a threatening gesture towards WWE Champion Cody Rhodes at the close of Bad Blood, Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns were also in the ring at the same time.
While some fans assumed in the beginning that The Rock’s motioning with 3 fingers could be a threat towards those three (or the New Bloodline who was also on the scene), later the motion was connected to John Cena.
Since the dynamic between Roman Reigns and The Rock remains murky, they would be the perfect tag team partners to initially work together… before of course dramatically falling out and having a match.

3. Bron Breakker
This pairing makes a lot of sense when you view Roman Reigns as now the veteran star and Bron Breakker as his up and coming potential rival of the future.
Current Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker is not only also known for his powerful spear, he’s also currently in a bit of a ‘Big Dog’ era of his young career.
Both coming from multi-generational WWE families, Breakker and Reigns could create a really interesting dynamic in the short term now that comes back around.
Similarly to how Reigns’ Shield stable worked with Punk early in their careers to now being an opposing forces, this tag team could plant the seeds for something major to pay off later.

2. Jey Uso
Another former Bloodline member would be an iconic future tag team partner for Roman Reigns – Jey Uso.
Since their reunion for Survivor Series: WarGames, there hasn’t been a ton of further storyline between Uso and Reigns.
With Jey Uso being such a fan favorite and beloved on WWE Raw, it would make sense for the pair to team up for a match against any duo of dastardly heels.
However, there is another familiar Bloodline face who has yet to actually be on the same side as Roman…

1. Jacob Fatu
After WrestleMania 40 saw the devastating loss of his Undisputed WWE Championship, Roman Reigns disappeared.
In the interim, Solo Sikoa began a rise to power by bringing in his own new Bloodline members including brothers Tonga Loa, Tama Tonga and also – Jacob Fatu.
With the Samoan Werewolf branded as the most vicious of them all, Fatu went on to become a fan favorite in the aftermath of the new Bloodline losing to the OG Bloodline at Survivor Series: WarGames.
If Reigns was to need to call in a powerful but also fiercely loyal hand – he may look to poach Sikoa’s enforcer.
