With AEW All Out 2025 coming up on September 20, the stakes have raised even higher to make the event a memorable one.
Since WWE is running a premium live event later that night, there is an opportunity for AEW to shock fans with some exciting debuts at AEW All Out.
Here are six debuts that could happen at AEW All Out 2025.
6. Dakota Kai
One of the names released from WWE in May 2025 that surprised fans was Dakota Kai.
While she was involved in the chase for the inaugural Women’s Intercontinental Championship ahead of her departure, she never held a singles title in WWE.
She did however hold the NXT Tag Team Championship 2x as well as the main roster tag titles 2x – potentially making her the perfect person to bring in to launch an AEW women’s tag division.
Potentially marking a major moment in the AEW women’s division, the addition of Dakota Kai could be a game changer.

5. Karrion Kross & Scarlett
One debut at AEW All Out 2025 that could be quite surprising would be that of Karrion Kross and Scarlett.
With some of the controversy around the departure seemingly settling down – with fans more certain now that the entire dynamic wasn’t ‘just a storyline’ – now could be a good time to debut Kross.
Able to make a big moment at AEW All Out, the arrival of Karrion Kross and Scarlett may come at a good time.
With AEW facing several big stars out of action to recovery from injuries including Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland – bringing in some notable names might be the right move.

4. Shayna Baszler
One departed WWE star that could make a big impact in AEW is Shayna Baszler.
Able to come in at AEW All Out and conceivably challenge any number of notable names in the company, Baszler would be a threatening addition.
With Baszler able to showcase her own unique style in AEW’s more gritty women’s division, perhaps the Queen of Spades could be back in action soon.
Perhaps being able to slide into the role that was seemingly vacated by Kamille as Mercedes Mone’s muscle – there could be some iconic stories in AEW for Baszler.

3. Hammerstone
Since MJF is intent on reclaiming the AEW World Championship, he may need to call on the help of some friends.
Bringing in a surprise (or three!) from outside the company to link up with MJF in his efforts to topple Hangman Adam Page.
While he does remain signed with MLW, perhaps there could be some crossover potential given the stakes of the event. The AEW and MLW as amicable as ever with MJF just making a surprise appearance at an MLW event in June.
With WWE seemingly intent on counterprogramming AEW All Out with the their first event on ESPN, it could be a time for AEW’s partners to lend some talent.

2. The Skyscrapers (Bishop Dyer & Donovan Dijak)
Another pair of potential friendly faces for MJF could be the current MLW Tag Team Champions, The Skyscrapers.
The original Skyscrapers were a tag team in WCW but the moniker has now been taken up by a pair of former WWE stars.
The team made up of Bishop Dyer (formerly known as Baron Corbin in WWE) and Donovan Dijak (fka Dijak) could pop-up in support of MJF as his hired hands.
Bringing in the two towers to flank him could be exactly what MJF needs to topple Hangman.

1. Braun Strowman
When he was released in May 2025, fans were a bit surprised to see Braun Strowman depart from WWE.
The former WWE Universal Champion has certainly been a part of numerous big moments during his 11 years over two stints in the company.
Potentially able to pick up one of WWE’s attraction stars, Braun Strowman could make a debut at AEW All Out 2025.
With the professional wrestling war seemingly heating back up with WWE running Wrestlepalooza against All Out – picking up a known name from WWE for a short stint could be a strategic move.
