WWE Wrestlepalooza 2025 heads to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN on Saturday, September 20 – marking the debut of WWE’s new Premium Live Event deal with ESPN.

With only one title match confirmed for the card thus far, WWE should fill up the remainder of the Wretslepalooza card with title bouts exclusively, allowing for several title changes to take place.

Here are five WWE title changes that could happen at Wrestlepalooza 2025.

5. IYO SKY Wins WWE Women’s World Championship

At time of writing, the only WWE title that is set to be on the line at Wrestlepalooza is the WWE Women’s World Championship.

After the title was vacated by former champion Naomi after she announced her pregnancy, it has remained vacant in advance of the Wrestlepalooza showdown.

While Stephanie Vaquer found herself in the match after winning the Evolution battle royal for a title shot, it does seem as though IYO SKY has copious unfinished business in the locker room.

Poised for a potential three-way feud in the future between IYO SKY, Asuka and Rhea Ripley, it stands to reason that IYO SKY will pick up the Wrestlepalooza victory on ESPN and carry the title into that feud.

4. Street Profits Win WWE Tag Team Championship

While the Wyatt Sicks’ Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy were able to successfully defend the WWE Tag Team Championship against the Street Profits at Clash in Paris, it doesn’t mean the conflict is done.

In fact, it seems that The Street Profits could be teasing a split after almost a decade of teaming together, something that has been teased in the past but never followed through on.

Given that WWE likes to delay these things, what could come first is a heel turn for both Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins, with both looking to cement themselves as the biggest bad guys in the SmackDown tag team division.

Marking a big moment for WWE on ESPN, The Street Profits could make short work of the Wyatts and kick off a new era for themselves as heels.

3. The Usos Win World Tag Team Championship

Currently it is Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh that are holding the WWE World Tag Team Championship, while The Usos have a date for Wrestlepalooza with The Vision’s Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.

With one episode of WWE Raw to go before the big event however, The Vision could pick up the tag titles and carry them into Wrestlepalooza, making their match with Jimmy and Jey for their newly acquired gold.

Making the loss to The Usos even more devastating to Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, the pair of Brons would have extra motivation to get their win back over Jimmy and Jey following the September 20 PLE.

With Balor and McDonagh not defending the gold, it seems like a no brainer to elevate the titles by adding them into this storyline.

2. Chelsea Green Wins United States Championship

While Chelsea Green has been occupied on NXT where she’s linked up in hilarity and hijinks with fellow proud Canadian Ethan Page, she remains a standout on the main roster.

Since losing the title, Green has remained relevant whereas the United States Championship itself has fallen by the wayside.

In an effort to re-invigorate the competition on SmackDown, Chelsea Green could serve as the segue between NXT and the main roster women’s divisions.

With Giulia’s intensity and technical in-ring prowess potentially a more compelling fit up against WWE Raw’s women’s division, SmackDown can remain under the rule of President Green and her Secret Hervice.

1. Randy Orton Wins #1 Contender For Undisputed WWE Championship

While some fans have assumed that there would be a WWE Championship match set for sure at Wrestlepalooza, with the stacked card, it doesn’t seem as likely to be added this late.

However sharing an exclusive “spoiler” on the Pat McAfee Show, Triple H confirmed that Cody Rhodes will be appearing at Wrestlepalooza – although didn’t specify anything more.

With Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton both feuding with one another and hoping for a shot at the WWE Championship in the future, it would make sense for a future title shot against Rhodes to be on the line at Wrestlepalooza, rather than the actual title.

Making his triumphant return to WWE TV after being written off due to an attack by Drew McIntyre, Cody Rhodes could discover that he now has to watch his back for both Orton & McIntyre.
