While things are perpetually shifting in WWE, it seems that there are several tag teams who teeter on the edge of breaking up.
From groups that clearly aren’t going to be together for long to tag teams that could end up fighting each other after splitting, there are a lot of intriguing options for WWE tag team break-ups in 2025.
Here are five WWE tag team that could possibly split up soon.
5. The Bloodline

There seems to be a shift on the horizon between the members of the new Bloodline – currently only represented by Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
While Tama Tonga was recently written off of TV after an on-screen attack by LA Knight, it is possible the Tonga Loa could be returning to action soon.
Loa sustained an injury at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames back in November but is reportedly close to returning.
Depending on where Tonga Loa’s allegiance is may cement whether or not the Bloodline stays together or if an entirely new third iteration of the faction emerges with Fatu as the leader.

4. Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez

It has been teased for quite some time that Liv Morgan treats Raquel Rodriguez as more of an employee than a true friend – a notion that would seemingly boil over at some point between the pair.
While they haven’t been heavily teasing a break-up, the seeds have been planted in the past. With the future status of the overall Judgment Day faction looking as though it is headed for a break-up, perhaps Liv and Raquel will part ways at that point.
Given the absence of an overall women’s tag team title picture in WWE at the time being, perhaps the titles could even be retired entirely at some point in the near future.
With the rumored Evolution 2 event still on the horizon for July, Liv & Raquel potentially still have a few more months together.

3. Legado Del Fantasma

On the May 9 edition of WWE SmackDown, the dissolution of this group may have already been all but secured.
With the Garza cousin tag team of Berto and Angel recently growing frustrated with Santos Escobar, it seems that their conflict reached a tipping point.
Berto ended up walking out on Angel and Santos, seemingly finally having enough of being pushed around by Escobar.
While it remains to be seen if the break-up is made official on-screen, it certainly looks like Los Garza could at least be parting ways with Santos Escobar – if not also with each other.

2. Melo Don’t Miz

While the pair remain affiliated, the Melo Don’t Miz partnership is not really necessary.
The Miz can find his way to shapeshift into any posotion on the card that he needs to – similarly to R-Truth – in order to be as entertaining as possible.
Carmelo Hayes on the other hand still has a lot to prove on the main roster and would be well suited to pursue some sort of new path as a singles star.
Or, Hayes could reunite on-screen with Trick Williams after the WWE Draft.

1. DIY

On the April 25 SmackDown after WrestleMania 41, The Street Profits defeated DIY and The Motor City Machine Guns in a TLC Match to retain the WWE Tag Team Championship.
With the loss certainly setting the pair of Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa back in terms of contention for the tag team titles, it could have also proved a catalyst for a big change.
While Ciampa debuted his new look for the match, he remains clean shaven in seemingly the next iteration of his on-screen persona.
Now that Triple H is in charge of creative in WWE, perhaps DIY will have a big break-up moment in the near future like they did during their NXT days – potentially feuding with each other – or simply to cement Ciampa as a heel.
