Continuously running into a numbers disadvantage against Seth Rollins and his new WWE faction, CM Punk may soon require some allies of his own.
From impressive stars in NXT to a powerful female addition to the group – Punk could put together an exciting WWE stable in 2025.
Here are five WWE stars that could join a new CM Punk faction.
5. Ricky Saints
If CM Punk is looking to recruit a batch of younger talent to counteract Seth Rollins’ dastardly heel faction – Ricky Saints would be a great shout.
Able to join Punk and hold his own both in the ring and on the mic, Saints would be a solid contributor.
With a spear that can rival Bron Breakkers’ (go look it up!), Saints could be the perfect counterbalance to Rollins as well.
With speed and power, Saints has already impressed on NXT and could be primed to do the same on the main roster very soon.

4. Erik and Ivar
While the WWE World Tag Team Championship is currently occupied by The New Day, perhaps this duo could move on to a more interesting storyline.
Two big meaty men to protect CM Punk – the War Raiders could definitely be tapped to provide some support to the Best in the World.
Leaning into the more biker version of their gimmick rather than the Viking war mongers, Erik and Ivar would be a great pair on WWE Raw to fend off Rollins’ Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker.
Although a bit random, Punk’s stable would certainly be anything other than ordinary.

3. Jade Cargill
Who says that CM Punk’s stable would only feature members of the men’s roster?
All about equal opportunity, fans will remember that Punk’s vintage Straight Edge Society faction contained a female member in Serena Deeb way back in 2010.
Depending on if Seth Rollins adds a female member to his own faction – it could be that Punk requires some strong female back-up every now and again.
Definitely able to look to Jade Cargill for assistance, it would be fun to see this pair of real-life pals link up on-screen in WWE.

2. Sami Zayn
Since the pair currently have some common enemies, perhaps a pairing between Sami Zayn and CM Punk could be happening again in the future.
With the duo already teaming up together at Saturday Night’s Main Event to take on Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker, their alliance could expand.
Providing a steady veteran presence, Zayn is always down for a righteous fight and certainly has unfinished business with the Rollins faction.
After the group have attacked him in the past, Sami Zayn could be a likely ally to Punk.

1. Ilja Dragunov
While the former NXT Champion has been out of action since September 2024, there are varying reports regarding an Ilja Dragunov return nearing closer.
If “The Mad Dragon” were to return in the near future, CM Punk would be wise to select him for his stable.
With the history between Bron Breakker and Ilja Dragunov, it seems possible that the returning star would be perfectly happy to take out his rage on his former foe.
Bringing back Dragunov into an important storyline with CM Punk would immediately present him as more than just a mid card act, while giving the “Best in the World” a strong ally in the process.
