With AEW All In Texas fast approaching, the storylines up have continued to heat up ahead of the big stadium show.
Seemingly poised to debut some intriguing surprises at AEW’s biggest North American event yet, there are a lot of interesting potential surprises.
Here are five surprises that could happen at AEW All In Texas 2025.
5. Bryan Danielson Returns
While it isn’t necessarily a sure thing that Danielson would engage in any of his signature violence at the event – he is definitely going to be in Arlington.
Announced for photo ops and fan signings at the wrestling convention Starrcast being held surrounding the AEW All In Texas event, in less than 24 hours – Danielson is nearly sold out.
There are a number of ways that the legendary star could make an appearance at the event (including another intriguing idea at #1 of this list) but however he appears, AEW fans will certainly be delighted.
After having won the AEW World Championship at last year’s AEW All In London in spectacular fashion, it would be great to have him pop-up for a check-in at this year’s edition of AEW’s annual stadium event.

4. MJF vs. Bobby Lashley Steals The Show
Yet to have a singles bout that truly encapsulates Lashley’s true in-ring abilities – perhaps his ultimate foil will become his current pal MJF.
While MJF is still in the Hurt Syndicate at time of writing – the partnership between the group and the notoriously untrustworthy MJF remains intact albeit suspicious.
With just a month to go until AEW All In Texas, it would stand to reason that at some point between here and there a falling out may occur and lead to a showdown for the massive stadium show.
MJF also seemingly looking to re-establish himself at the top of the AEW card, if this match ends up coming to fruition – it definitely could steal the show.

3. Swerve Strickland Helps Hangman Adam Page
While Swerve Strickland and Hangman Adam Page have proven that they just can’t quit each other – with their individual storyline paths continuing to cross.
However with Hangman having captured the opportunity to take on Jon Moxley for the AEW World Champions at All In Texas – perhaps it could end up proving to be Hangman’s mortal enemy Swerve Strickland that proves integral to his success.
In a presumed main event that is likely to be packed full of shenanigans – it really could come down to a difficult choice by Swerve in a drama-filled moment in the match.
With a good number of AEW fans hopeful that Jon Moxley will lose the AEW World Championship, perhaps Swerve would put his personal hatred for Hangman aside for the betterment of the company.

2. Mercedes Mone Ends ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm
Now don’t be confused – Mercedes Mone isn’t going to literally end the life of Toni Storm but rather put her ‘Timeless’ iteration into an early grave.
Perhaps ready for a new character iteration past her old Hollywood ‘Timeless’ current presentation, losing to Mercedes Mone on such a grand stage could certainly lead to Storm spiraling.
With Mercedes Mone holding both women’s division titles in AEW – there could be a unique opportunity for a brand new top challenger to emerge.
From the likes of Jamie Hayter, Megan Bayne or even a returning Britt Baker, there may be even more top rivalries set for the rest of the Summer before Toni Storm returns to debut her latest look.

1. Bryan Danielson Helps Jon Moxley
Although it seems odd – if you think about it through the lens of Danielson-esq storytelling, this swerve makes complete sense.
Despite the fact that it was Moxley who put Danielson down at AEW WrestleDream 2024 – he made good on his promise to deliver the legend an honorable ‘death’.
However the ensuing year long storyline by which Moxley has dominated the AEW roster has at no point come at the expense of Danielson’s contributions to the company – rather, the Deathriders have upheld the same general principles of the Blackpool Combat Club.
If Danielson were to make a thunderous return at AEW All In Texas, bringing the crowd to the heights of joy at the possibility of Moxley finally getting comeuppance only to have Danielson align with Moxley – the pair will have again pulled off a spectacular moment of earth shattering reality smacking down fans’ hopefulness.
