5 Babyface Turns At WWE Crown Jewel 2025

WWE Crown Jewel 2025 will see the company head Down Under to Perth, Australia once again, with high stakes for many of WWE’s biggest names in competition on the night.

While all eyes will be on who comes out on top in each of the matches on the card, some of the biggest talking points from Crown Jewel could come via heel and babyface turns.

Here are five potential babyface turns at WWE Crown Jewel 2025.

5. Paul Heyman

It has been an intriguing past six months for Paul Heyman, with his alliances in WWE varying wildly.

Going into WWE WrestleMania 41 conflicted between long-time friend CM Punk and his Tribal Chief Roman Reigns – the Wiseman would end up leaving with Seth Rollins instead.

Going on to form The Vision, the duo would recruit Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed to continue to battle Heyman’s former friends Reigns and Punk.

But with recent strife noted between Heyman and Seth Rollins and a notable longstanding respect between Cody Rhodes and Paul Heyman – there could be a big shift on the horizon as Rollins takes on Rhodes in a Champion vs. Champion match at WWE Crown Jewel 2025.

4. Tama Tonga

Although he is appreciated by fans for his hilarious antics, Tama Tonga was a heel character in his last appearance in WWE.

Having been out of action due to injury since before WrestleMania 41 when he was written off TV via an on-screen attack from LA Knight, there hasn’t been any clear indication where his allegiance could lie when he returns.

While Jacob Fatu has turned babyface in the time since, Tama Tonga’s former running mate Solo Sikoa has gone an entirely different way.

With Sikoa recently teasing that he is still looking for something missing from the MFTs, perhaps it will be Tonga that joins the squad in the end instead? Or alternatively Tonga could return at Crown Jewel in an entirely different role – helping Roman Reigns to knock off “Big” Bronson Reed in the Australian Street Fight.

3. Kairi Sane

There is a tag team bout set for WWE Crown Jewel 2025 featuring Asuka and Kairi Sane taking on IYO SKY and Aussie favorite Rhea Ripley.

However since it continues to seem as though Sane is not particularly keen on her heelish antics, it could be that she has a change of heart at some point in the match.

Splitting the duo of the Kabuki Warriors and setting Asuka off on her own singles path to be an absolute menace could be a great deal of fun.

With the pair of IYO SKY and Kairi Sane able to reunite, Rhea Ripley would similarly be free to chase singles feuds – perhaps Becky Lynch or Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer.

2. Bron Breakker

While a babyface turn for Bron Breakker is likely not probable just now, it is still technically possible, particularly given Rollins’ heightened stress heading into his match with Cody Rhodes.

With Paul Heyman seemingly chastising Seth Rollins, there could be changes within the faction coming soon.

Possibly being overthrown in the group by Brock Lesnar or even Roman Reigns himself, Bron Breakker could find his moral compass and become a singles star once again.

Able to help on behalf of Reigns in the Australian Street Fight against Bronson Reed, or, more likely, going against Seth Rollins in his Champion vs. Champion match against Cody Rhodes – there are a few ways that Bron Breakker could turn babyface at Crown Jewel 2025.

1. GUNTHER

GUNTHER has been out of action since SummerSlam 2025 when he was defeated by CM Punk for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Although rumors persist that GUNTHER will still be set to be John Cena’s final opponent in December – it isn’t entirely clear as of now.

Perhaps WWE will dupe the audience by presenting GUNTHER as a babyface, humbled by his loss at SummerSlam- only to have him flip to heel again after besting Cena in a few short months.

While there are a lot of storyline possibilities from how to get from today to the end of the John Cena farewell tour and with twists and turns expected – GUNTHER seems surely involved.
