With AEW All Out 2025 fast approaching on September 20 in Toronto, the event could see some major shifts in character.
From the most unlikely of babyface turns to others that are seemingly already in motion – there could be some AEW stars who find the light at All Out 2025.
Here are five possible babyface turns at AEW All Out 2025.
5. “The Bounty Hunter” Bryan Keith
If Bryan Keith is back in singles action – he could definitely resume his former iteration as the Bounty Hunter but with a twist.
Since fans won’t be able to forget his amusing character from the Learning Tree faction – instead there could be a lighter and more babyface side to the star.
Still vicious and commanding in the ring, there could be a way to still present Keith in backstage segments as affable.
Able to still stay united with Big Bill – preferably if both of the duo trended towards babyfaces – the pair could stick together without Chris Jericho.

4. Killswitch
While Killswitch made his in-ring return at AEW Forbidden Door 2025 for the first time since August 2024, he spent the match being bullied by his own partner.
Taking up the space vacated by Nick Wayne due to injury, Killswitch linked up with Kip Sabian to take on Christian Cage and Cope – although it seemed he wasn’t well received by Sabian.
After the loss, it would make sense for Killswitch to re-think his alliance with the renamed squad – now the Matriarchy with Mother Wayne as the leader.
Potentially reuniting with another familiar face, Killswitch could end up turning babyface and going in a totally different direction.

3. Jack Perry
A surprise return from Jack Perry at AEW All Out 2025 could end up revealing that “The Scapegoat” learned the error of his ways during his absence.
While the last time Perry was seen in AEW he definitely sported a bad attitude, perhaps an almost year long hiatus has changed things, especially with his former Elite allies The Young Bucks and Kazuchika Okada being in different places now, compared to this time last year.
With his potential return being teased on The Bucks’ Being the Elite YouTube channel, it could be that Perry links back up with them only to immediately make his intention clear.
Possibly even reuniting with Killswitch – who could go back to his Luchasaurus moniker easily – the pair could end up in a brand new feud against Matt & Nick Jackson as Jungle Express once again.

2. Konosuke Takeshita
On the September 6 episode of AEW Collision, Konosuke Takeshita interrupted a beatdown of Mark Briscoe from MJF – potentially showing that “The Alpha” is finding his heart again.
Earlier in his AEW run, Takeshita was presented as an affable babyface that quickly drew a fan favorite status – before he aligned with resident evil incarnate Don Callis.
However since the Don Callis family continues to grow, perhaps Takeshita will find himself at a crossroads.
Seemingly unimpressed by the recent addition of Wardlow, who is now reportedly out injured, it could be that Takeshita is primed to return to his babyface ways at AEW All Out 2025.

1. Max Caster
While Max Caster arguably has already turned babyface again in recent weeks, with former tag team partner Anthony Bowens going the other way and turning heel, “The Best Wrestler Alive” is still showing some resistance to the fans.
What could seal the deal on his turn however, would be he and mentor Billy Gunn finally getting some overdue revenge on Bowens for his behavior lately.
As he’s done several times recently Bowens could answer Caster’s open challenge at All Out, however, instead of making short work of his former Acclaimed partner yet again, Caster could lure him in for a two-on-one attack from he and Billy Gunn.
Making for a satisfying way to effectively turn both Caster and Bowens, hopefully they can achieve singles success in their own rights heading into the end of 2025.
