There has been an update on WWE Raw’s future on Monday nights following it’s move to Netflix in 2025.
The news of Netflix acquiring broadcasting rights to WWE Raw beginning in 2025 has triggered a slew of questions from fans across the world.
One of which is whether WWE’s flagship show will in fact remain airing on the night it has been synonymous with for over thirty years, or is there a chance that we could soon see it move to another night in the week?
Well, according to WWE President Nick Khan that could well be the case.
Speaking on an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Khan said:
“At this moment in time, it remains Monday Night Raw, but keep in mind we have ten and a half months before this deal is up and running. We’re looking at what you’re looking at and what everyone else is looking at.
“If it stays on Mondays, it’ll work, if we move it to a different day, we think it would work too.”

This is not the first time it has been suggested that Raw could move away from it’s traditional home on a Monday, with TKO CEO Ari Emanuel previously suggesting it could happen depending on the need’s of the show’s future network.
Elsewhere, another burning question regarding WWE Raw on Netflix has seemingly been confirmed regarding the future of commercial breaks for the show when it comes to the streaming platform.
CNBC media reporter Alex Sherman has reported that Raw is indeed set to go commercial-free when it comes to Netflix, taking to Twitter to confirm, saying:
A new detail from the Netflix/Raw deal:
For Netflix subs that don’t get ads (the vast majority of y’all)… Raw matches will be scripted around commercial breaks.
So you’ll get some non-important match action (sustained headlocks!) instead of commercials.
You won’t get ads.
