A top WWE star has questioned ‘what’s next’ for them following a recent major defeat to kick off their new year.
This week’s episode of WWE Raw was the Day 1 special episode of the show, which was headlined by a World Heavyweight Championship match between Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre.
After interference from Damian Priest and the Judgment Day, Rollins came out victorious, keeping a hold of his title.
McIntyre’s slow descent into madness has been a key part of Monday Night Raw over recent months, with Drew determined to seek revenge on Jey Uso for costing him the chance to defeat Roman Reigns at Clash at the Castle.
Drew took to Twitter to share an update, asking what is next for him following his defeat on this week’s Raw show.
Drew said that he honestly didn’t know what was next, before cutting the video.
Drew’s contract with the company is set to expire later this year, with him yet to sign an extension to remain in the company, though WWE has been in contract renewal mode in recent weeks.
