Since joining the WWE Raw roster, Jey Uso has forged his own path but now he has weighed in on what the Bloodline is doing on SmackDown.
While Main Event Jey Uso may be on WWE Raw, his real-life brothers Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa remain deeply involved in the main event scene themselves.
Continuing to feature heavily on WWE SmackDown, Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso continue to serve as Roman Reigns’ henchmen, recently attacking all three of Reigns’ upcoming Royal Rumble opponents.
So what does Jey have to say about it all? He loves it!
Clearly answering not in ‘character’, and rather as a performer who is happy to see his real-life brothers doing so well, Jey Uso told TNT Sports:
“I love it, man,”
“I love it. I closed out Monday night ‘Raw’ one time, and then I saw the same week my brothers close ‘SmackDown,’ you know, [in the] main event, and I automatically text[ed] them and call[ed] them…
“Just recognizing what we’re doing right now. We’re here. We’re here. Bloodline still running both shows. We’re still running it, Uce.
“Regardless of what’s happening, I’m proud. Let’s take a beat and see what we’re doing here, man. Never in a million years would I have thought we’d be split, handling both shows.”
While none of the trio have been announced in advance as participants in the Royal Rumble this coming Saturday, January 27, it doesn’t mean they couldn’t be set to make appearances.
The titular Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble matches aren’t the only big bouts set for the show, the event will also feature a big main event for the WWE Undisputed Championship.
Roman Reigns’ history making title reign is on the line as well as the title when he faces AJ Styles, LA Knight and Randy Orton in a Fatal Four Way match.
