After just two months of being reunited, the new Los Perros del Mal stable in AAA is already undergoing some changes.
On last night’s episode of the show, Penta defeated Bronco Nima in the main event, with the stipulation being that Penta would return to the group if he lost the match.
However, the group instead removed Bronco Nima after his defeat, with Penta rejecting Daga’s offer to rejoin the group.
With an open shirt still available, here are some WWE stars we could see replace Bronco Nima in Los Perros del Mal.
Dominik Mysterio
Also on last night’s episode of AAA, General Manager Rey Mysterio would suspend Omos following his match with Galeno.
Omos is a member of El Ojo with Dorian Roldan and Dominik Mysterio, with Dominik joining forces with the group after he told El Grande Americano he wasn’t aligned with Los Perros.
However, with Omos now suspended indefinitely by Rey Mysterio, Dominik may need to find a new way to get his own back on his father.
Maybe this time Dominik does take up Daga on the offer to really stick it to El Grande.
Dragon Lee
At the end of last night’s show, Perros del Mal would beat down Penta until Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee would make the save for him.
This set up a six-man tag team match for next weekend’s Ola de Calor event, with Los Perros del Mal teaming against the three lucha stars.
The match seems like potential grounds for a heel turn, and with the official reunion of the Lucha Bros yet to take place, it seems unlikely that it would be Fenix turning and joining the group.
That only leaves Dragon Lee, who has a World Heavyweight Championship tournament match against Fenix tomorrow night on Raw, which could be the catalyst for his eventual betrayal.
Galeno Del Mal
While he is referred to simply as Galeno most often on AAA television, the Aztec Giant who has been going toe to toe with Omos also competes as Galeno Del Mal.
With Bronco Nima effectively serving as the muscle of the group, Los Perros are going to need another muscle in their ranks.
What better person to join Los Perros del Mal than Galeno del Mal.
Xena
Currently a free agent after leaving STARDOM, there has been speculation about the potential next move of Australian standout Xena.
While Xena would make a great addition to any women’s division, she is notably the real-life partner of Daga, who just returned to AAA as the leader of Los Perros del Mal.
With Daga back in AAA, it would make sense if Xena as the next to join the company, potentially as part of the Gauntlet match at Ola de Calor to determine Flammer’s next challenger.
Xena then adding to the women’s ranks of the stable alongside Karmen Petrovic would make for a fun dynamic.
Damian Priest
Back on the July 4 episode of AAA, former World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest would make his debut for AAA, saying that he was coming after everyone upon his arrival.
Priest has the chance to become the new Latin American Champion at Ola de Calor in a four-way match amid teases of a potential character shift on SmackDown.
After losing the WWE Tag Team Championship, it seems WWE is now teasing a potential heel turn for Priest on his partner R-Truth.
Priest turning heel and joining Los Perros del Mal, adding a former World Champion to their ranks, would be a huge statement of intent and give the group more instant credibility.
