Looking at the current free agency market, there are quite a few former WWE stars who could potentially come to TNA Wrestling and find a prominent role in the promotion.

Here are eight more former WWE stars to potentially join TNA Wrestling.

8. Donovan Dijak

Since leaving WWE in 2024, Donovan Dijak stepped back to the wider wrestling world and has played a significant role for several different promotions.

Making his return to the independent scene, Dijak has showcased what made him a star on the indies to begin with and why he got signed by WWE.

Then in Major League Wrestling, Dijak has truly positioned himself as one of the top stars of the company and is the reigning MLW World Tag Team Champion alongside fellow former WWE star Bishop Dyer.

In a promotion like TNA Wrestling, Dijak could really become a major part of the company and played an essential role in the main event picture.

Whether it be in Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling or his recently launched Wrestling X-Treme Mania in India, Mahal has been trying new things and found a way to reinvent himself as Raj Dhesi.

Mahal signing with TNA Wrestling would be interesting and see him use his star power to bolster the company right now.

6. Tegan Nox

WWE star Tegan Nox

When Tegan Nox was released from WWE for a second time, many fans believed she would play a crucial role in one of the other major promotions.

While she made a few appearances alongside Miranda Alize in All Elite Wrestling, Nox is someone who walked away from this opportunity and now looks to be winding down her in-ring career.

The short stint in AEW may help to bring more eyes to her next move, which could benefit TNA Wrestling at this time.

Nox showing up in TNA could add a great deal to the Knockouts division that is looking to replenish their ranks after the losses of Jordynne Grace and Masha Slamovich over the past year.

In May 2025, WWE had its latest slate of talent cuts with over 15 wrestlers being released from the company.

However, the most surprising name out of all of the WWE releases was Dakota Kai.

The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion was widely regarded as one of the most underrated in-ring performers on the roster during her seven-year run with the company.

The fact that Kai has not signed with any other promotion since leaving WWE makes it easier to believe that she could show back up in TNA Wrestling one day.

Now known as Daria Rae, the former WWE star has been a consistent character on TNA television ever since.

With Rae’s position, it would make a ton of sense for Mandy Rose to be the next former WWE star to arrive in TNA.

Considering her connections to Daria Rae as well as Elayna Black, it feels like a no-brainer for TNA to sign Rose if she is available.

Since leaving WWE in 2023, Matt Riddle has been active around several different promotions in the three years after his exit.

The former United States Champion was considered a huge free agent who could still contribute to any number of companies despite his out of the ring antics.

In the years since then, Riddle has become a stalwart for Major League Wrestling where he is a former MLW World Heavyweight Champion.

While he is still going strong in MLW, TNA Wrestling could take a chance on Riddle and see what he can contribute to their company as a top star.

Following WWE SummerSlam 2025, many fans were shocked to learn that Karrion Kross and Scarlett were leaving the company following their contracts expiring.

However, WWE were unable to sign him to a long term deal and led to his departure from the promotion. Since then, Kross and Scarlett have returned to the indies and made a name for themselves once again.

Someone who has been very notable for his absence from the pro wrestling world since leaving WWE is Braun Strowman.

Prior to his WWE release in May 2025, Strowman was one of the most popular babyfaces on the roster and regularly featured on television.

Since leaving WWE, Strowman has mostly been seen on his reality TV show than inside the squared circle.

Strowman signing with TNA would be a massive acquisition that could see him return to the world title picture in a brand new promotion and become the newest monster heel in the company moving forward.
