On January 15, TNA Wrestling started a whole new era for the promotion when they premiered on the AMC Network.
Since then, the company has brought in a number of stars, such as former TNA X-Division Champion Trey Miguel.
Considering there are several names available that used to work in the company, TNA could easily bring a few of these talents back into the fold to bolster the roster at a time where they really need it.
Here are eight former TNA Wrestling to potentially re-sign with the company.
8. Austin Aries
During the late 2000s and 2010s, Austin Aries rose the ranks to become one of the main event players in TNA Wrestling.
Proving himself in the X-Division first, Aries became the first man to invoke Option C and become the new TNA World Champion.
Aries has an impressive legacy as a former two-time TNA World Champion and a six-time X-Division Champion.
After making his in-ring return in Major League Wrestling in 2025, Aries could return to TNA in 2026 and become a key acquisition for the promotion.

7. Hammerstone
Alexander Hammerstone is someone who first proved himself on the independent scene and then made his way to MLW.
Reaching the top of Major League Wrestling, Hammerstone had a legendary run as MLW World Heavyweight Champion, holding the title for 644 days.
With his awe inspiring physique and strength, Hammerstone was able to make the move to TNA Wrestling in 2024, but this run was short-lived and ended prematurely.
Hammerstone making a return to TNA could see him propelled to superstardom in a major way this time around.

6. The Hex (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle)
Back in 2023, The Hex made their debut in TNA Wrestling and tried to make a name for themselves in the Knockouts tag team scene.
After getting a few attempts at the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships, Allysin Kay and Marti Belle were unable to capture the gold.
The Hex making their return to TNA could be very interesting considering the current landscape of the Knockouts tag team picture.
Facing the likes of The Elegance Brand and Angel Warriors, The Hex would be a crucial addition to TNA that would push the Knockouts tag division to the forefront.

5. Trevor Lee (Cameron Grimes)
In 2024, Cameron Grimes was released from WWE after a five year run with the promotion.
Since leaving WWE, Grimes has once again became known as Trevor Lee and made his way back to the independent scene.
Despite travelling all over the world and appearing for several different promotions, Lee has not appeared for a major company over the last two years.
Lee returning to TNA Wrestling could be a wonderful acquisition that helps the X-Division get an increased spotlight that they really need right now.

4. Mercedes Martinez
To start 2026, All Elite Wrestling announced a few stars who were departing the company due to their contracts expiring, which included Mercedes Martinez.
During her time with the company, Martinez was mostly used on Ring of Honor where she became the ROH Women’s World Champion.
One of the pioneers of women’s wrestling on the independent scene, Martinez is someone who could be a significant veteran to add to the TNA Wrestling roster.
With the Knockouts division adding names like Elayna Black and Daria Rae to start the year, it might be the right time to bring in someone like Mercedes Martinez who could add a great deal to TNA right now.

Following WWE SummerSlam 2025, Karrion Kross and Scarlett announced their departure from the company after their contracts expired.
During their final months in the company, Kross and Scarlett became very popular and connected with the fans on another level.
With the echoes of “We Want Kross” being heard in arenas all over the world, Kross and Scarlett used their momentum from their run in WWE to return to the independent scene in recent months.
Kross and Scarlett could be huge in TNA Wrestling if they made their return and could be thrusted firmly into the spotlight as a main event level act in the promotion.

2. The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows)
Signing with TNA Wrestling in 2020, The Good Brothers immediately became one of the biggest acts in the company.
Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows became one of the most popular duos in the promotion as three-time TNA World Tag Team Champions.
Returning to WWE in 2022, this run did not go as originally planned and saw them leave the company in February 2025.
Now that they are free agents right now, TNA Wrestling would be wise to bring The Good Brothers back into the promotion where they could mix it up with the likes of The Hardys, The Righteous and The System.

Following the match, Styles looked to remove his gloves and leave it in the ring before he decided to put them back on, signalling that his career might not be over just yet.
Styles making his return to TNA might be the best way to close out his illustrious career once and for all in the promotion he first made a name for himself.
